I recently was on a cruise which offered an Art Auction which is run by this company PWG. After seeing the prices that they said the art was worth and hearing what they were appraising the art at, I did some research online. Everything they were selling can be bought elsewhere for 1/3 if the price they are charging!!! You’d be a complete fool to buy anything from them on a ship! Do your own research and don’t get ripped off, this company has hundreds of reviews from unhappy customers that were scammed in one way or another! PLEASE BEWARE AND AVOID!!

MANY OF THESE REVIEWS ARE FROM THEIR EMPLOYEES!!!

Do not buy from park west gallery, they are a scam. I mistakenly bought some art at auction on a cruise from them for over $500 and was told it would be delivered in 4-6 weeks at most. That time came and went and I reached out to them about it and found out that they didn't even have any of the artwork in, so they are selling art that they don't have. After 10 weeks I requested a full refund and suddenly they had it in stock and said it would be delivered within 3 weeks, but they won't issue a refund because all sales are final, even if they lie to you about having the art and when you will get it. I still haven't received it yet and strongly recommend you do not purchase from them.

I've head a terrible experience dealing with Park west. I purchased 2 pieces of art from a PW art auction back in February 2022; I was invoiced and shipped the wrong artwork and it's been so frustrating dealing with so many of the incompetent employees they have on staff. It is now almost August and I still have not received my artwork. Everytime I call, I get the run around and they tell you whatever they can to get you off of the phone. I regret the day I attended a Park West art auction, I advise anyone considering it to stay far away and go a different route.

Beware what you're getting into b4 buying from this place.

I agree with other 1star reviews as far as having a bad experience with this company. I bought 2 Kinkade prints on a cruise back in April. Was actually thinking it would be a great experience as I got the 1st print within a week of getting home. However, it stopped there. Despite both prints being non-framed, they only sent 1 in the first package. When the 2nd one finally arrived, it was a completely different print (Looney Tunes, believe it or not) than what I ordered despite paperwork showing was the print I bought. I called and customer service had no explanation except to have me return it and they would work on getting me the right print. However, despite Fed Ex picking up the package, it was redelivered to me the next day due to Park West failed to coordinate with Fed Ex re the return label (which they said they would do). Fed Ex came back in another few days, picked it up and the driver promised it wouldn't come back - which it didn't. I heard nothing from PW in a week so I called and this one rep said she didn't see it being returned and all but accused me of failing to send it back/trying to keep the wrong print. I hung up on her after she finished insulting me, called back & got someone else and this person confirmed they did receive it but I would have to wait till they got the print in stock (despite them telling me previously they had the print there and would be sent as soon as received the wrong print back). When I finally did get the print, I was relieved I didn't have to deal with these people anymore. And not once did they offer a discount or credit towards a future art purchase etc to make up for their numerous mistakes.

I'll never buy from these incompetents again.

Have taken several cruises and my husband and I could not resist a unique piece of art to add to our collection. We have purchased from them several times, they may be selling art that can be bought cheaper at another place. However unless you have access to those places, you could not purchase it. And art is not about how much you pay for it, it is about how much you like it and appreciate it. Yes, it is a slow process to get your piece of art, but we always have 10-12 weeks after the cruise. I recently purchased 3 pieces from them on a cruise, really did not need to add to the collection I have, but two pieces are one of a kind original paintings by an artist I love. Anxiously waiting for delivery. The first one is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, and Fedex has it. Waiting for notice for the other two pieces. The representatives on the cruise were very knowledgeable, I have an art history major. I enjoyed discussing pieces they had on display and the style of that was like a famous artist. We have not had a problem with this company at this point, although the waiting period can cause anxiety.

We recently bought an expensive piece of art on a cruise ship. Some 50K was spent. Received an email on the 1st of the month stating it's out for shipping. Having not heard anything we have contacted Park West Customer Service every day this week. Each time we got the same "we will call you by end of business today". Not one call back. Still don't know where our 50k artwork is or if and when it will arrive. They have our money so that's all they care about. This is the way they treat their VIP members. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF

UPDATE - So, after calling them each day over the last week and getting nowhere, they said delivery would be Friday Dec 9th. They then called back and said delivery would be Monday 12th. I received an email from Lucy Torres at Park West "Customer Service" that morning with the shipping company details and that they would contact me when they were in the area and on approach. I noticed my contact number was incorrect. Completely different. I called Park West back and they more or less said that it was my responsibility to contact the shipping company and correct their mistake. I then called the shipping company and they said they had no delivery scheduled and no information on me at all. The shipping company then called Park West only to be told that Park West are delivering the piece themselves. UNBELIEVABLE.
Delivery is supposed to be today, and I have no confidence they have my contact details correct after telling them 3 different times. I have taken yet another day off and I will bet pennies to pounds that it doesn't arrive today. I will update this post tomorrow. NEVER AGAIN WITH PARK WEST.

I purchased cruise. When I got home I called to cancel the contract. The service rep said she could do nothing until the invoice cleared. Call back in a week and ask for the specific rep, Joni.
I called back in one week and could not speak to Joni, she works in a different location and I could not be transferred or given her number.
Again I was told the invoice was not there, Call back after Thanksgiving.
I called back on that Friday. Again I asked to speak with Joni with no ability to speak with her. This third rep put me off, saying all sales are final.
I then took it upon myself to cll the Florida location. Joni works out of Florida. The rep told me she would have Joni call me.
I wanted two days and called Florida again. I spoke with Joni. She was very course with me. She even hung up on me while I was speaking with her.
I have three days to cancel a contract which I did, But Park West Gallery does not honor that contract issue.
Don't buy from Park West as they are a very money-grubbing company. Charge a customer at all cost.

Bought artwork from them on the cruise ship with delivery promised to be up to 12 weeks. It’s been 14 weeks. Not painting, no refund. The gallery blaming artist’s studio for not producing the work on time. This should not be legal!
Beware!!!
