Artisans on fifth is the largest store I have found in the area that has only handmade, unique art and gifts made by FL artists. What a great variety of items, from jewelry to wooden bowls. Artists work there so they usually know more about the art and the artist than other stores. Be aware they are closed on Mondays which seems to be common in Mt. Dora.

Filled with one of a kind, art and gifts at all price points, all handmade by local people. Lots of jewelry, ceramics, wiid, basketry, wall art, and fiber, among others. If you are in Mount Dora, you ought to check the store out. Particularly if you are looking for a gift.
