The staff were WONDERFUL!!! NO COMPLAINTS!!! I loved that we could take the skyway to Hollywood Studios & Epcot! I TOTALLY recommend this hotel!!! We saw Mickey Mouse, Goofy, Pluto, Meeko, Rafiki, Captain Hook, and Baloo just at our hotel. We never had to leave. There may have been others too that we missed! They also signed the kids autograph books! It was so special!!! 💜

Fantastic location, loved it! Just wished our room was cleaned /tidied up while we were out. We called down for towels, coffee and tea.

Everyone was great in helping us celebrate our special occasion.

Place is great for kids but rooms are basic, housekeeping is poor, food is expensive and not that good for what it costs. Staff are friendly and helpful. Loads of lifeguards on duty at pools which is great but I hope sometime before I die someone will explain to me why on earth the would build a kids swimming pool that has a bottom surface similar to a cheese grater. Both my kids left a lot of skin there.

This is the souvenir store for Art of Annimation. Great selection. Nice employees. There is a small convenience store located inside with snacks, batteries, sunblock, over-the-counter drugs.

For the amount of money you pay for this hotel and to stay on property, it's a rip off. The room is very small. Once the Murphy bed is down, you can barely walk through the room. It's SOOOO small. Housekeeping doesn't even clean your room! They come every other day just to empty garbage and give you new towels. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
