Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress

An absolute classic! It was the ride I think Walt was closest to and you can feel it throughout the show!

An old school attraction that has kept it's classic charm. A good history lesson on technology and American life through the years. Plus it is sitting down in the air conditioning. A great place to escape a summer storm.

Carousel of Progress is true classic Disney. It's a sit-down theater style of attraction that Walt Disney created for the 1964 World's Fair. It follows a family through time as modern inventions change the way they live. Both fun and educational with a great theme song that will stay with you. It's also a great opportunity to sit down and relax in some AC on a hot day.

This is unironically the best attraction ever made in the whole history of mankind. Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress holds not just a special place in my heart, but my whole heart. The origin of the ride is cool alone. the mechanics behind the ride are also super interesting as well the stage does not move, you the audience moves, revolutionary, eh? the story that the show tells is very interesting to me, i love seeing technology from the past, as well as seeing what those in the past thought the future would look like. I personally ride this multiple times in a row when i visit, ive probably ridden it more times than anyone else has. I have a "Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow" bumper sticker on my car and ill never take it off. Walt Disney outdid himself on this ride, he himself nor his company has made anything as good since. If disney removes this ride, im never going back again. i really recommend, no, i demand that everyone rides this attraction, so disney knows not to mess with the ride. This ride is my love, if it was a person id marry it. 100/5, best ride ever.

Underrated gem. We were the only people in our theater.
22 minutes of air conditioning and a catchy tune as you travel through time (& progress).

This nostalgic ride is decently updated to represent the current or somewhat current state of progress. It's nice for an escape from the heat or crowns as it is often underutilized by most guests at Walt Disney World resort in Florida

Disney's most boring attraction I recommend it if you are looking to sleep for a while or rest from the walk but they can update it to make it 4d or something more entertaining

If you’ve been coming to the Magic Kingdom for a long time, this will be a nostalgic show! Definitely not the most high-tech of all the rides and attractions at the Magic Kingdom, but it ages well. It’s definitely retro feeling, but I would recommend the Carousel of Progress to anyone who visits.
