What's not to love about Disney except the price and crowds. This is my happy place and even though they have raised the prices the crowds have gotten worse. Everyone who works there from the characters to the custodian workers is very helpful and friendly. I will continue to keep coming back to this wonderful place as long as it exists. Yes I'm giving Disney World of all places a 2.... I would give at least a 3 but a 2 because it really is over rated. I mean I remember it being a great place as a kid and I love seeing my daughter's face now, but there is plenty to dislike. Let's list positives first; seeing your favorite characters, staff is wonderful, parks feel kinda magical....besides that the cons; Disney is greedy....I mean it's pretty obvious. It's over crowded, you will pretty much wait in lines all day, and no matter what anyone says, a cheese burger is not worth $15. I'm sorry to those that love Disney, I love the movies too, but taking your family here and paying all that money should be fun and RELAXING for everyone. I'd have to offer to Disney, it was once the most magical place on Earth...now it's the most magically deceptive place you'll visit. Disney is doing great from a business perspective, can they recover from this capital greedy feeling I get when I go there? Let's all hope so. ✌️

My experience at Walt Disney World has always been amazing! I have been there multiple times, and there is always a new magical adventure that awaits! The hotels are full of the kindest people, and it really puts a smile on your face!

I have been a 5 star fan of Disney for years. As an annual passholder Disney service far exceeded any other competing theme park. Unfortunately I have received the poorest service that I didn't think Disney was capable of. I initially attempted to contact customer support as I was trying to book reservations in the park for an upcoming stay. Not all in my party had passes as my son buys his when we get to the Shades of Green resort so I couldn't proceed in booking the parks. After 2 days and over 4 hours of time I couldn't get it resolved. Aside from the 90+ minute wait I was passed around and then was told I'd get a call back in an hour nearly 2 hours later i got the call but there was no one on the line only dead air. At that moment I decided to just cancel the trip. Again multiple calls and transfers over 6 hours and 2 days and they still weren't able to cancel my passes.
It's a poor excuse for customer service. Disney used to be spot on to fix problems but now it's a "not my job" company.
I never thought I'd see Universal Studios outshine Disney, it's so disappointing.

Thank you Disney!! It took only a couple minutes to get ahold of a representative on the phone, and within three minutes, my refund was taken care of. Thanks for your understanding and willingness to help!!

Been twice, some of the most fun and most memorable places I've ever been. Awesome

I have to say I brought my whole family to Disney World and Visited all the Parks and couldn’t believe how much “Not 1 Employee I Spoke to Did not Care for there Job 1 Bit” They Treat me and my family like total Garbage, did not help my poor disabled Mother in Law that would be her last trip with her Grandchildren. Everything is TOTALLY DIFFERENT! They just want your funny and laugh in your Face. The People that need assistance are kicked to the curb while the degenerates are Treated like they are the New Princess and Prince! The House I rented gave me a Better Experience - Walt would be doing backflips in his grave if he knew what was going on here

Goto Busch Gardens! Busch Gardens has Better animals and better looking animals that aren't malnourished like Disney! Busch Gardens has a much better atmosphere! Busch Gardens doesn't have mask mandate and rude like Disney. Busch Gardens has Better food! Busch Gardens best thing is the fact you wait under a building the majority of the time instead of in the hot hot sun! Busch Gardens has attractions with live animals at every single coaster! BUSCH GARDENS has a lot better food and atmosphere while eating. Busch Gardens was Paradise compared to Disney!
