Beautiful FBO in a great location! Flew in from Herlong (Jacksonville, Fl) for an early morning half day trip to Amelia Island Plantation for breakfast. Was offered the courtesy car by the friendly and professional staff. No ramp fee with a modest top off of fuel. We'll be back.

Flew in on my Jet for a business meeting. My pilots warn me every time about the management here from previous trips. I didn’t interact with them before except the ramp workers were great on one trip earlier this year, but this time was totally unprofessional and unorganized. The ramp is very dirty as well, loose rocks, screws, and debris. Yes it was like that last trip too. Worst of all the “manager” is beyond rude, not helpful. She was unprepared when I asked about the ramp conditions and rude attitudes from the employees, interrupted me in my explanation before I got into the embarrassing pricing structure of their “fees”. Really showed me how bad this place is to keep such people, who probably should be working from home and not around my aircraft or other people. “welcome to Amelia island” We picked up fuel somewhere else, and we will stay away until “company” is changed or another FBO comes in.

High fees and rude desk staff. For cheaper go to one of the big FBOs at JAX and get better service. The lady at the desk yelled at my PASSENGER because I walked out the front door to take a phone call before I paid the fees (which most FBOs charge when you leave). The city of Fernandina should be ashamed to have their town represented by such a company. Now they’re replying saying I attempted to skip out on my bill when they had my airplane and I had no car. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Lots of local pilots I know now refuse to go to FHB simply because of this new FBO.

Came in unannounced wheels down 30 minutes before close on a quiet Sunday evening. Line staff took my fuel order right after tying down. And while I know I threw a cog in a long work day close down routine for both staff members, Kathleen maintained a positive attitude, a sense of humor (I love dry humor!), a professional demeanor, and we were out the door 15 minutes after touch down. Will definitely be back again, and if arriving near close will call ahead so they know I'm coming and keep the Jet-A truck out for me. The FBO facility is beautiful and a short Uber ride to the restaurants in downtown Fernandina Beach.

Super nice facality, the staff was super helpful even came out in the rain and fueled out plane. The FBO is a great place to hang out in, even has a pin ball machine.

Enjoyed our stay here. The line crew was great and helpful and it was easy to setup a car through Avis online. Fuel prices were reasonable for the area. The only minor downside was that there was a $20/night charge, even with fuel purchase (purchased 17 gals). Given the weather was marginal, I came in with some fuel in reserve - so not sure if there's maybe a 20 gallon minimum or something. Still in all, helpful staff, easy location, very clean terminal, very nice overall.

We pulled up on our Mooney, and were greeted by three lineman! First class operation all the way. Sean could not do enough to make sure we were completely accommodated.

Will definitely be back and definitely recommend. When I asked for a luggage cart, one of the lineman pointed to my rental car which had been pulled up next to my
airplane!! I thought I was in a Learjet! Highly recommend. Awesome FBO! The folks inside the FBO were as well amazingly accommodating and courteous. It’s the way FBO’s used to be!

I cannot thank Tracine and her line guys ENOUGH helping us out last Saturday for our Citation jet. They worked overtime on a Saturday night to help service our airplane shortly before midnight. They really helped us when we were in a major bind. Next time we are in KFHB we will be using them for sure.
