If you are trying to build a relationship and earn the trust of a potential borrower, who is a homeowner, presume they have at least an average amount of smarts. Don’t treat us like garbage on a call list.

You call while I’m at work- I tell you I’m at work and when I am available and STILL you call every hour and a half... EVERY DAY.

When I answered your calls, instead of taking a note regarding when I can be reached and letting me get back to my job, I am blitzed with “phone room” tactics to keep me on the line while I’m passed to a “Closer”...

It’s too bad I’m required to give a single star to leave a review. I should be allowed to leave an emoji instead...
