Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Horrible management and they have the bad habit of making you stay late when they're getting ready to jack the airplane just when the shift is over, rather than doing it through the shift or have 3rd shift personnel to take over. In addition, 80% of the time they never have the tools you need to do the job. Half of the folks don't even speak English which is normally a general requirement to work on aircrafts. If possible, avoid this place. AAR is nothing but a darn joke.

Had to share because they let go of my dad during Covid. A man whose worked for the company for 20 years, thankfully he has a even better job now. But they offered him to come back early this year to then let go of all the ones they brought back. Shady company, shady, shady.
