Amazing FBO!!! We were over night at OPF on 8/31 leaving the morning on 9/1. As a crew member I look for more out of an FBO than just looks. Your staff was the most on the spot crew then I have ever seen. Many other FBO line guys will cater to large aircraft while us turbo-prop guys are left in the dark. But at Fontainebleau you line people gave us as much attention as the Global and Gulf Streams you were also servicing. Please give a shout out to your guys on that shift and a pat on the back. Once again... Thank You for all the hard work!!!

We have flown in to Opa Locka airport several times and are always extremely impressed with the professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by the Fountainbleau staff! The facilities impress as well. Beautiful common areas, individual pilot lounges, cafe with coffee and tea and shiny clean restrooms. They have always had crew cars available and there are plenty of nearby restaurants. Strong recommendation!

Nice and chic FBO, however the no rentals or crew cars allowed policy on the ramp makes it really hard when the passengers bring a lot of luggage, they only offer 1 crew car , wich most of the time is taken, and their only rental option on site is Go Rentals (wich is really expensive). Other than that, the facility itself is good, good service overall and their JetA prices are really good

By far the worst service experience at an Opalocka FBO. I have been coming to this airport for 20 years plus. Arrival was bad, departure worst. Millions of dollars in a facility that provides the worst service experience. The best part …. the others FBO saw that we gave this one a chance and already are trying to get back our business. It’s a shame to invest so much $$$ and have indifferent representatives providing an experience that will not capture your business again.
