Last year I did my taxes with them, it was the worse experience I ever had. I do not recommend them at all go at your own risk. Now I've got to deal with the mess that they've created.

PLEASE READ! Tax Time Group, LLC is a completely useless tax service company. I was working with Dominick, which he was a worthless individual. He delayed my tax filing for weeks. All he did was prolonged my tax return filing. Keep saying he would get back to me week after week and did not do anything. He start ignoring my phone calls and text messages. He is very unprofessional, untrustworthy, unreliable, and just a poor tax advisor all around. Be careful! Be careful! Be careful! They will waste your time! I was so disappointed that I picked up my paperwork and took my business somewhere else.

Dominique/taxtime is a thief they take $700 out of my $1700 tax return and send my $700 to his private account . stay away from taxtime he say he's a pastor but he's a thief don't trust him..

Do NOT use this company. Melanie did my taxes on Mar 6th, 2020. I checked online today and they HAD NOT BEEN FILED. She filed them today, April 2nd, AND TOOK HALF OF MY REFUND AS HER FEE!!! WHAT A SCAM!!

BE CAREFUL.....be careful of this office is a scam , I filled my taxes with WEDNELLL and had the worse experience in my life. First of all he charged me 637 in fees and he never tell me upfront. I never seen office that charge that much for simple tax and when you try to call his cellphone he don't answer or block your call . And you call office they never get me connected they only lie saying he will return phone call and never does. He just lost me and 2 other client that I referred to this office. Who will charge 137 in bank frees !!!! Who charge 480 $ for simple tax ?? Only this office . Look for another place and do not trust him with your money .

Wendelll is a scammer , I will never deal with him again . He add his own high price and fees ( 600 and up ) not trust worthy at all. I will never visit this office again !! Friendly advice try to stay away from tax time group go to H&R are more legit and reasonable prices you will also find great customer service.

The workers at this place are independent contractor for tax time and they will take out atleast 700$ in less than 30 minutes and he will never answer your call if happen you need him . Worse experience ever!! Not coming to those place again👎
