No one works there. I set up an appointment and went in, sat for ten min before someone told me that no one comes into that location to work anymore.

The place only had one person who came from Gainesville because nobody showed up to work. We couldn't finish both of our tax returns because they were chit chatting and took almost 2 hours for the one person ahead of us.

Our tax preparer Frank was knowledgeable and fully explained everything and even shared tips fir future tax planning.
