I started a painting business in 2019 and was planning on doing my own book keeping and taxes. I was given Kim's information by a friend at church and so I decided to speak with her to see what services she offered. With the affordable rates and knowledge she shared with me I decided to hire her to handle my taxes. She was very thorough and was able to find breaks that I never would have thought of. I will continue to use Kim Miller for all my business book keeping and taxes.

While very kind and personable, Kim didn’t communicate very well. Had to request updates after several excruciating delays and often had to repeat myself on points I’d already covered. And when her team made a mistake that caused an IRS rejection, it was like pulling teeth to get her to admit it. It was a tough tax year, but it could have been handled so much better. Not a good experience.

Kim is always in communication with helping me get my taxes done promptly and efficiently. Love having her as my accountant!

I am in shock. I chose Kim because of the reviews here. I just knew I was going to have a positive tax year. Sadly due to EXTREMLY poor communication skills solely on her side I am now having to call and locate another CPA willing to help complete personal and business taxes in the middle of the year. I contacted her in early February. Delay to another delay to now another delay. You don't mess with peoples personal finances this way. You should have some decency to keep someone abreast on matters such as taxes.
