How do I give negative stars? This hole in the wall towed my vehicle from my personal resident parking spot while I was still at home. No warning was given. They do not take any responsibility for any of their actions and expect the residents to abide by illegitimate rules placed by a board of directors that has no form of direct communication. If you want to go around in circles, while constantly being yelled at by an uninformed/unsympathetic secretary, followed by losing your vehicle and $120 right before heading to work, these are the guys for you.

Reviews? They do not deserve even 1 star.
I worked for one of the top 50 shopping center developers in the US and if one of my property managers hung on any of my tenants I'd fire them immediately.
Have you ever heard of a Property Management Company hanging up on you? That is exactly what Rodrigo did when talking to my wife! How rude and disrespectful. I called the office immediately (1 pm) to speak with Rodrigo and spoke to Lana who told me she was going to give Rodrigo
and the owner Tom Messer my message and concerns. I haven't heard from them yet.

I had a great experience with this property management company especially with Lana. She is amazing. She got our papers arranged quickly and we were able to close effortlessly. Highly recommend this place especially when Lana is working with you. Thank you Lana for helping us with everything!

Great company! This property company has been helping my neighborhood for several years now. I am the president of the HOA, and Tom, John, and Anita and everyone involved there!, have done nothing but go above and beyond to help our little neighborhood do wonderful things and be very supportive when damages and community needs are required of them. This company is available very often for help and advice when community issues come up. Their customer service is quick and empathetic and proactive. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company.

As a member of our condo HOA board, we have experienced transition from "self management" to the group or company management. The adjustment takes learning from both sides, But when John Nichols was assigned as our account manager, we began to have someone to contact and follow through with questions or requests. John is especially attentive to issues or problems that need to be resolved quickly. Also his experience with capable vendors has been invaluable in locating a work force to do the projects that have required outside expertise. John is a good interface between the Board and other elements of the management company.

I’m going to start off with being very honest I called about some issue on my patio & pesty little animals and I was pretty concerned, I was speaking with John Nichols, after listening he responded with an honest and professional answer, and I think that a lot of other associations will just try lie in some occasions which results in a lot of miscommunications and unhappy residents. He told me that he would reach out to somebody else just to double check and then he would get back to me with the correct information, within 15 minutes i heard back and even though it was something the association had no control ovee. John was very helpful in finding other solutions and said they will send out someone tomorrow to at least help with what they can, which is landscaping and trimming/pest control. Very pleased with the quality and honesty of the Association

Board of Directors are rude, even to the point where If you try to give your opinion they will ask you to shut up and end up a conversation with "you made a big mistake buying a Condo here"... And certainly, I did. The worst part is not only that, but they are against a dog walking from the unit to the Parking Lot. "No dog can touch the ground" is what they states, when you're having a Service Dog. The "housefair equity" doesn't seem to apply when you buy a condo here because they'll denied if you dare to mention that you have a service dog. You pay a HOA but they don't even clean the stairs properly and had a visitor who falled because the stairs were wet because of the rain. You would say "you should have call the ambulance", by mistake and not having the knowledge, we didn't make it. They'll fine you and not even take into consideration your opinion. It's whatever they say and there's no right to talk. Not even with the Property Managment. People in this association feels like they have the right to put their feet on your face because they've been living here for more time than you. This review is for Pond Apple Place III. Where is more important a dog touching the floor than a Racoon getting into your door at night. Terrible experience living here, and it's been less than a year! And so far, the Director of the Association have stand on her words to let me know that I made a big mistake buying a condo here. AGAIN: POND APPLE PLACE III and their association FYVE: PROPERTY MANAGEMENT in Coconut Creek.
