I have been going to Latin Tax for the past 10
Years and am extremely happy with their service. They do a great job in educating me on the process & have it always done I’m a timely manner. They took into account every detail of my taxes and my job as well and did it perfect with my husbands and bringing in the proper credits applicable for my children. All in all it was processed quickly with no issues and I got my refunds always right away as I was promised by Ana Morel and her staff. They are very professional & I would highly recommend her always.

The first few years we went, we were happy with our service. The last two years, we've gotten nothing but audits from the IRS and have been ordered to pay back more than $5,000 due to these people not understanding the laws of taxes in the USA. The attention to detail is HORRENDOUS, there are always errors. This past year, I asked them to respond to an audit for 2019 because of their errors. They did the paperwork and EVERYTHING was incorrect. Both my spouse and I's SS#'s were incorrect, my name was spelled wrong, and the content of the letter was incorrect. So, I basically had to do it all over myself. It's unreal how unaware of the tax laws they are, the whole reason I go to a TAX SERVICE is to avoid audits and issues and it turns out this is all I've gotten since I've started going there. Needless to say, I will NEVER be going back and now I'm on my own with thousands of dollars to pay back because of their negligence. Beyond disgusted.

Anna of Latin Tax services was so professional, kind, and readily available for us whenever we had any questions about the immigration process.
