I have been coming to H&R Block for the past 10 years and Wayne Ho has been my tax man. I will never go anywhere else. Hope to see him again next year.

Maritza, who prepared our taxes last year as well, is gracious and patient. She explained everything in detail and we never once felt rushed.

The staff are welcoming. My T.P. always makes me feel like family. All questions, comments and concerns are addressed. Never feel rushed when I'm there.

Despite trouble with attending my appointment since no one was there to open the building for 15 minutes, and my tax professional forgot her shift was that day, she made up for it by being extremely careful and thorough with the return forms and clearly explained each thing. Even gave a discount!

I’ve been using H&R Block for several years, and my tax pro Wayne Kong has always gotten the best return on my taxes. Wayne’s very professional and friendly, even though my returns have been basically simple, not really complicated. Each year it’s becoming easier each time when you have the same pro working for you.

I have been a customer for more than a decade. The quality of service and the inconsistency in the service delivery are the primary reasons for my hesitation in returning. I would be willing to speak with someone further and can be reached @ the number on file. I really do not want to end my relationship with H&R Block, and I hope someone takes the opportunity to reach out to me. UPDATE: 4/12/22 I want to add that the primary reason why I received a call today was because of the exit survey I took, NOT because of the google review. The reply from the google review was inadequate, to say the least; shame on you for putting the onus on me to reach out to you to fix your problems. That being said. Today, I had a friendly conversation with the district manager. He was able to confirm that our experience was indeed not a normal one and assured me that he would take the appropriate steps to prevent this from happing again. Normally I would consider this to be fluff. However, not in this case, the years of consistently excellent service coupled with the assurances of the person I spoke with leave me confident that this is a one-time event. And that with a bit of time and coaching, the problem can and will be resolved. I'm happy to be able to recommend H&R Block. And I look forward to next year and to having them do my taxes again.
