I can only give five stars but they are worth more. Absolutely the best bread and buns I've ever had. I came 300 miles to see them and get their bread. They are great people also. If in Akron I highly recommend coming here. You will be very pleased and glad you did. They are outstanding and worth it

Found this bakery after 8 years living in the area . They don't heavily advertise but it's a treasure to find . They have a decent selection of different breads and rolls which they mainly sell to bulk commercial customers, however they open their doors to the public from 9:30-1:30 daily and Saturday. Certain items like their dinner rolls and hoagie rolls it's best to call and order the day before . I'd say it's the best bread i've found in the area . Haven't been disappointed yet . Nice local family run business .

We use Massolis bread to make our famous sub sandwiches at the Flavor Grille in Akron Ohio. Ive stayed around the corner for years & never knew what was in the building until i took a peek in the window. Glad i did because i found a hidden gem! The people are great also. Best bread in the 🌎

I view myself as an Italian bread officianato…this bread is everything you want in a great Italian bread…crisp crust..soft airy center and sweet/yeasty flavor! I’m a forever fan!

I don't know who's running it now. But it's terrible. Was told couldn't slice it bc it was hot(it was ice cold! He's just LAZY!)
The slicer was piled with other things! Tells me "Lady, I'm not doing it".

I agree with others as it relates to this bakery deserving more than 5 stars! They have the absolute BEST hamburger buns (light & airy), and I just recently tried the sub buns which were just as fresh & delicious as the hamburger buns. I live a little distance from this bakery but their products are worth the drive. Also the staff here are incredibly nice!

After living one year in Akron, Just found the best bread around this area. Absolutely amazing.! If you try one time, this bakery will be your everyday place.
