I will never go to a different vet. They were careful, sensitive, informative, and super nice. You know it’s a good vet when your dog goes in happy and comes out even happier. Also, they explain all pricing and help you find what works best for what you can afford. Wish I could give them 6 stars.

I've never been more impressed with a veterinary team. They're so sweet and informative. Dr. Josh is so helpful and he doesn't settle for less than the best care. I also really like the PetPro app for messages and mobile pet records.

I recently adopted a new puppy who is still very small and very young. Dr. Josh and his team are nearby, and they have earned a great reputation evidenced by their awards. My puppy immediately fell in love with the entire team during her initial wellness check. We have since been back for a minor concern, and once again, the staff were able to accommodate an appointment with little notice, and Dr. Josh and team took great care of my little girl. The boutique hospital is clean, well organized and managed, and the doctor and clinical staff are responsive, informative, and genuinely caring. I could not be more pleased to have found Dr. Josh at Isla Veterinary Boutique Hospital, and I hope you do as well.

SO happy I finally found a great vet in Dallas! I have lived here for 3 years and Isla Vet is actually the fourth vet I've been to.
Every other one just treated my cat like a number, just tried to get through her appt as quickly as possible without giving her any love or attention.

That is NOT the case here. Dr Josh and his team go above and beyond with your pet. They called the pets "your baby" and that is truly how they treated my cat. Dr Josh did a great job explaining everything to me, was so transparent, and didn't try to sell anything. I got great care for a great price! They gave my kitty so much individualized love and truly took their time with her. I will only recommend this vet to people and will only be coming here for my cat's care! Thank you, Isla Vet!!

I have been a long term customer of Banfield and was happy with the service until I met Dr. Josh. My daughter found him during a very difficult time with her fur baby. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr Josh and his staff. This was without a doubt the most caring, compassionate, thorough and honest vet we have ever had the pleasure to deal with. We knew we had plans to get two brother puppies soon (one for our daughter and one for us). It was a no brainer to start using Dr. Josh. I cannot imaging going anywhere else. If you want someone that you know will take the time with you, listen to you and give solid advice, Dr Josh is the person to go to.

This id THE VET BOUTIQUE to go to. The service was so unmatched, I can honestly say i was treated like family. I took my 3 pups in there and to say they were treated great would be an understatement. My pups were spoiled rotten!!! I love Dr. Josh and his team they were so charismatic and so full of care. This is now our main vet, if you haven’t given them our business i strongly suggest you change that!

I just love this place so much!!! I started coming here earlier this year shortly after adopting my little one and over the months they have kept up with the great service! The entire staff is nice and courteous. They are very patient with my now big hyper baby and I never had any issues with him after leaving this place. Dr. Josh is great!! He takes time to discuss the pet's needs and the visit in detail. I've also dealt with nurse Mallory. She is super kind and patient and takes time to explain everything. Angela was good too; great communication! She's not there anymore but Kim is very good to interact with as well. I can get quite talkative (look at the length of my review), they never rush me and they take their time to answer all of my questions and chat about my baby. They have good professional recommendations and work with you on preferences all while taking good care of your pet. I have probably dealt with other staff members as well, so sorry for any unmentioned names. Everyone is great and very thoughtful! You guys are well appreciated for the help and care provided during his growth and development. I know this is really for my baby's needs but I always leave feeling like we were both well taken care of! I am 100% satisfied. Highly recommend!!! Beyond impressed with Dr. Josh and our recent visit. I would classify myself (as would my husband), a “crazy dog mom”. Dr. Josh took an incredible amount of time getting to know us and our furbaby “Wrigley”, answering my myriad of questions, and treating us as if we were part of the family. The entire staff was top notch and I am so excited we found Isla! I would be remiss if I didn’t add that Wrigley can’t wait to go back to see his new friends!
