Absolute terrible service. I bought this coverage at my dealership thinking it would be a good company to protect my car....wrong. Their customer service is terrible. They never call you back. Every time you get ahold of someone they have some excuse of why someone can't come look at your car or why they can't get the job done. Every week there's a new excuse. Nothing is done in a timely manner. Terrible is really the best word I can use to describe this company. Don't waste your money, spend it on any other company but this one. I would make the rating zero stars if it were possible.

Just bought a trailer from RV Country in Fife!
They told me how good this Safe Ride Motor Club was so we bought it, then decided to look at the reviews on it. I just wanted to say thank you for your
reviews!!! I am going to get a refund!!!!
( Plus RV County in Fife, WA) Please don't buy a trailer there! They just want your money!!!! Just not happy with any of it.

Terrible service is understatement. We bought this through Lazydays for our RV thinking it was a quality, reputable company. You call they play the transfer you to wrong department. After calling back. They set up an appointment and are no shows. Bad faith, poor quality, and terrible customer service is the their true name. Next step call consumer services!

I had gotten a warranty with my previous car ,as i was trying to transfer my paid in full warranty too my new car,all i got was put on hold then the calls disconnected at both locations.
Also i looked this business up on the B.B.B website and they have alot of complaints from customers.
Now i hate them Al Serra slipped in this warranty into my paperwork without informing me because i would have skipped this company and went with AAA instead, sometimes paying more isn't worth it at all.
I called 3 to 5 times and up until this day i still haven't transferred my policy but if your car won't start and you need a jump they are good but otherwise buyer beware on this company.

AWFUL! We got this coverage through LazyDays when we bought our RV 2 years ago. Our tow vehicle is broken down. We need it towed to a shop minutes away. We first called at 9:30am. It is now 3pm and my husband is back on the phone with them for the 5th time and still no tow!!! Nobody knows what they are doing when calling customer service. I never leave bad reviews but I must with this. Don’t waste your money or time!!

AKA -Colleen Russell - No service is no service
The contract will be canceled as the roadside assistance is next to none and so is the warranty contract supplemented by Alpha Warranty Services. Someone should take responsibility when there is no service or action, neither wants to so you keep going from one to the other for help--- No More!!!

Unfortunately we have needed Roadside Assistance twice in the past year and SafeRide has been a joke!! First time using, it took us over an hour to get someone on the phone. They set up a service to come fix our problem. We wait 2 hours then call them back and they tell us the company they called didn’t have the right Jack so they couldn’t come. SafeRide did not even call us to let us know that no one was coming. This was a Sunday and they told us we would have to wait until Monday to get help! Second time using, we call them 20 times in a 2 hour period and never to this day have we gotten a call back! Do NOT waste your money on this!!!!!!!!

4 calls to emergency roadside assistance, after 3 hours on the side of the road. The last CSR I spoke with named the towing company they were trying to use while we spoke, after we hung up and still no response/text/call back after 20 mins, I called the towing company directly and they were there within 30 minutes. Meanwhile roadside sent me a text saying a different company was 2-4 hours out. I tried to call the number provided for the truck they were sending to let them know they didn’t need to come but it went straight to VM and it was full. So. Money well wasted on roadside assistance..
