We’ve had to use this service through our apartment community for over a year and I hate it. The modest benefit of scheduling package deliveries around times when you’re not at home is far outweighed by how often Fetch delays delivery beyond your requested time. Probably once a week I receive a notification that my “delivery time is no longer available” either during or right before the anticipated delivery window… and then of course you go to reschedule and you’re stuck waiting until the next day. Really just adds an unnecessary layer of chaos to my life. If I’m worried about not being able to receive a package I’d rather call a neighbor.

I am forced to use Fetch through my apartment complex. The past three months, the service has declined. Mostly in the customer service area. It took almost a month to get a refund for a package they lost. I continue to have packages lost over and over on their end. They also will deliver over an hour outside of the assigned delivery time you choose.

I have been forced to use this service by my apartment complex. The service is horrible at best. Packages are delivered to the warehouse and it is days before they are put into their system. The delivery times are canceled or late more than one time. If your apartment tells you how grwtbfetch please just know it is a lie.

I must say Travis the manager at fetch was very helpful with making sure I received my package. He went out the way to come to the post office with me to retrieve it. I was able to get my package that was supposed to be delivered on the 26th. Thanks for the hard work and help.

I’m forced to use fetch because of my apartment complex and I hate that they use a 3rd party company for this. The cost of the service is included in our rent and we didn’t have to option to opt out. Most of my packages make it to my apartment, but they may arrive a day late than when they were delivered. I’m also up to 3 packages being lost and 1 being cut of of the bag so an empty bag was delivered to me. My neighbor told me he had a package marked as delivered and that it was immediately cut out of the box and stole by the same delivery person or someone working with them because it was immediately after it was marked delivered. My most recent missing package, customer service told me that Amazon hadn’t delivered packages that day and marked them as delivered, but they weren’t actually delivered. That sounds incredibly suspicious to me considering I had another Amazon package delivered to me that was received and delivered that same day. The customer service rep told me to reach to the vendor and tell them that it wasn’t actually delivered and that’s the extent of the resolution that was provided to me. It also feels like Fetch has outsourced their customer service in the recent months because it’s not what it was when I first had deal with issues with them.

Update: The package Fetch claimed was not delivered to their facility, but just marked as delivered finally arrived at my place. It had a delivery date of 10/11/22 according to Amazon tracking. I received it on 10/19/22 from fetch.

Totally frustrated by fetch and it’s employees! I have never experienced such an uncaring and unresponsive group of customer service agents. My package from Amazon was delivered to their facility but Fetch claims they don’t have it. Then they said no packages were received at all at that facility on the day Amazon delivered my package. Since Fetch is a mail forwarding company, Amazon will not refund or replace the items. I find it very hard to believe that Fetch hasn’t received it seeing as how this was the first time this has happened. Their customer service reps give you canned responses and offer absolutely no help. They kept brushing me off to Amazon after I told them multiple times that I already contacted them and the assured me the package was delivered. This is truly a shady business.

I am missing a package that Fetch claims they haven’t received and Amazon, the supplier, claims was delivered. There is nothing worse than being a consumer stuck between two corporations pointing the finger at each other. Amazon is not willing to do anything about my missing package because of their policy towards “freight forwarders”, AKA services like Fetch. Basically, Amazon doesn’t want to assume liability for packages another company loses. I understand that. But what happens when a package addressed to Fetch is misdelivered by Amazon? Nothing because it was supposed to go to a freight forwarder and Amazon has a strict policy that packages sent to freight forwarders must be the responsibility of the freight forwarder. What confuses me most is why Fetch can’t provide Amazon with evidence the package was not delivered and deal directly with Amazon on behalf of the powerless customer. It certainly wouldn’t hurt for Fetch to be more communicative with customers who are missing packages. I have been reaching out in every way possible for a week only to text someone who does’t understand what it is I am suggesting be done to resolve the issue. I need Fetch resolve this delivery problem with Amazon ASAP!

To be honest, I'm not sure if my issue is with Fetch or Amazon. However, I have a package that Amazon states is delivered, and Fetch claims to not have it. I have tried to go through customer service with both Fetch and Amazon and instead of helping, they're both pointing fingers at each other, refusing to make me whole. What is the point of being forced to pay for a package delivery service if I don't receive my packages or support in resolution.
