Wow! Love this place because of the experience we received when we walked into the office. Patricia made us feel right at home. She is such a wonderful person that greeted us with a smile and answered all of our questions. She gave us a tour of the space we rented and just made the whole experience enjoyable! Public Storage must feel very fortunate to have Patricia representing their company.

Our manager Ms. Patricia is simply the best. She is very professional and gives genuine care for all her customers. She personally would go out of her way to accommodate our needs (Ex: lending us her own tools when we had none). One time we called and got the answering machine and literally she would call us back while that message was still playing. She is so focused to give the best of service. When anyone chooses this location, they should rest assured that they are in good hands with Ms. Patricia.

I have had to deal with various storage places n the past few weeks due to moving and relocating. I have to say BECCA at Public Storage on Inwood is the BEST! She was very helpful with me making my reservation and when her co-worker rented my unit from under me in-spite of the fact that I had a confirmed reservation she went above and beyond to get me another unit in a timely manner. She never seemed frustrated and was always extremely professional! If it were not for Becca I would have just found another storage company to rent from as I was very upset that my unit was rented from under me. Becca made me feel better and kept my business. Thank you Becca for your unmatched, impeccable customer service skills and patience! :)

The office/ property manager Jennifer at the Inwood Road, Addison location was extremely helpful yesterday. Very responsive and professional. Wish I could give her more than 5 stars!!

The office worker is NEVER there during office hours. It is not at all possible to even get a human on the phone. This has been a nightmare experience, I can’t even get help with the issues I’m having. I hit my breaking point the last time I tried to get her to answer the door. The windows upstairs (where the office person lives!) were open and fans turned on. I started shouting up to the apartment to PLEASE HELP ME, I’VE BEEN COMING BY MULTIPLE TIMES DURING OPEN HOURS TO ASK FOR HELP AND THE DOOR TO THE OFFICE IS LOCKED AND EMPTY. Who’s getting paid to literally do nothing? Anyways, a random man came to the opening of the window and told me he didn’t know where she is….I don’t know. So weird and unprofessional what’s going on at this location. I do not recommend, go elsewhere!

UPDATE::

Jennifer is SUPER HELPFUL! 😁 She works Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so if you have to speak with someone, make sure you come up when she is working. She was very understanding, remorseful, and helpful after talking about my review. She didn’t say it, but it’s very clear that the other person who works here isn’t doing their job. Anyways, Jennifer deserves a raise.

The attendant the was on duty was Becca. She was very professional and explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions. She walked us to our storage unit and checked that it was clean. On the way back to the office she spotted a couple of nails and pieces of trash and picked them up! Excellent customer service! Very pleased and would highly recommend this storage facility!!!👍👏👍

Becca was great even though I wasn’t the nicest person. Our unit’s light was out in fact the whole row!! Cleaning and painting and sanding right in front of elevator to our unit. Not good but she made it good by changing to a ground unit at same price. Thank you

Plenty of space at affordable prices and the manager is extremely knowledgeable and friendly!
