Watson & Taylor Self Storage

Purchasing the unit was fast and easy, and I like the convenience of paying online. I'd rate it higher, except that the actual product is dated and frequently sticks or catches in the regular operation of opening and closing my door.

I haven't had any issues with the staff, though the gate is only operational during certain hours, and I'd prefer it to be accessible all hours. The couple times I have been there during normal office hours, there was no one available in the office.

The reason I chose this particular Watson Taylor location is because their prices were very competitive. I live about a coupel of miles from them and had 10 places to consider when I had to choose a storage facility and the Beltline location met all y needs. They have hand trucks to use and the staff is very friendly. I recommend this location if you need storage.

I received a follow up call from Catherine about my storage unit.. She has amazing customer service skills. She was so polite and helpful..I hope to see her on my scheduled pick up time..

Whenever I need something they are happy to help and I am grateful. Everything is organized and clean. Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else for all of you moving/storage needs.

I moved in to my unit January 2020 for $155/month. 6 months later it went to $160. 6 months later $180. Today I got notice they are raising it to $258 (from $180). So, in 2 1/2 years my rent has gone from $155 to $258. That last jump is absurd, $78 more? From $180 to $258 in one month. Ain't happening, I will be leaving.

Love this place! Melissa is always very helpful. Used this location for 6 months plus to run my biz from there. Would have loved to stay it was so nice there! Got my own warehouse.

Good size storage unit. Some truck parking available as well.

Catherine and the rest of the staff are great! I’ve never had any issues with my unit during the both times I’ve rented with them. Moved a little further so needed to move out. But 100% refer them to for any renting/moving needs
