A VERY SLOW PLACE TO OFFLOAD! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

I purchased a 4.7 litre engine through powertrain for my 2000 Durango. It arrived to Dodge Ram in Louisville Ky as promised and was installed as asked. After the install the motor had an oil leak from the factory installed rear main oil seal and when I asked to have it replaced and repaired I was told it would cost me an additional 900.00 for that to be done.... I went to the warranty department and was told they would only pay 50.00 per hour of the 130.00 labor charge for this work to be done on a no fault warranty policy. Thus I would have to eat the rest of the cost myself. I paid 3000.00 for a remanufactured enguine by AER Manufacturing out of Texas and they explained to me that their hands were tied and I would have to take care of the problem at my own cost. Now I ask....is it right to by a product from a company that says the customer comes first and have to put out of pocket good money to fix their mistake so you can have a good running vehicle?. So from AER Manu to powertrain to Dodge Ram in Louisville Ky no rectification on any mistakes made by these people are being done and in the end I as the consumer have to pay more out of pocket to have a good running vehicle. Sould this issue go to the states attorney office to be rectified or should these people be held accountable for their actions on making and selling and installing a defective product?. I will not myself go this route again and would head a warning to anyone else who is thinking about using any of these 3 companies to complete work for you for the fact of they will NOT stand behind their work for you and it will cost you as the consumer more money from your pocket.
