AT&T Store

Henry was the 'Catalyst' why I had an awesome visit. He helped address my issue carefully with loads of information and knowledge. Beside the location being a great location... he sprang into action as soon as I came through the door. I really wanted to take time to thank him for helping me while being both personable and professional.

Terry was great to work with. Where did you find him? He is a gem! I felt like I was dealing with a friend or family. He has a great personality, an honest willingness to help and a very pleasant demeanor. His attitude made the chore of switching and upgrading devices seamless and easier than ever! We were extremely happy with all of his help!

I’ve been to this location several times and my last visit was completely different then all the other times.. the employees are more concerned about there discussion with each other. When you ask for help for anything you get a look like your bothering or annoying then.. I went to get help and the employee that was helping me made me feel like they were in a hurry to where I felt rushed and kept telling her it was last question.. then I had one more question and there were 2 employees chatting away one had there back to me but the other looked at me and didn’t ask if I needed anything right away it’s like he had to finish what he way saying first then greet me! when he saw me standing there.. To where I thought I made a mistake and he was a customer.. the only person that made my visit good is dashsa and she would be the only reason I might come back.. I would suggest management read the reviews on here and maybe they might get some feedback on there employees and work on the issues people are writing about.. I read a few and I’m not the only customer who had similar experience at this store. I never write negative reviews but I felt it was warranted this time.

Chris did a great job! I had an appointment at 11am and it took him about 15 minutes or so to assist me. But everyone in the store was friendly and checked on me. I'm guessing he just had a walk in before me and that appointment ran over so it's no big deal. He was very helpful and ordered my new iPhone for me.

My experience was great. Not only was I helped but we had a glitch while setting up my plan and Josh made sure we got everything resolved promptly and thoroughly ! I was so happy! I was hesitant switching to AT&T at first, but with service like this I will always be a customer.

The Beltline repair people rock ... Store manager was on top of everything and very helpful (10/15 Morning Crew). Plus, the store atmosphere was positive and upbeat. Great team ...

I believe this is a corporate location. It is definitely a madhouse on the weekend. The Staff can be friendly and helpful but it varies. OK it occasionally there is a bulldog bulldog human on the front door and you may or may not be allowed to enter to do business. They will not fix your phone Here and they can pull up your account but may or may not be able to interact with it.

Manager Q. Forte and her team were great! Everyone was so friendly! Superb customer service from LaDaysha!! She was patient, honest, and totally helpful! Many blessings to you all!
