I would rate less if I could. I have bought several pairs of shoes here. The last pair of $300 ON shoes I bought, the manager at the Campbell store convinced me I needed a size 10 versus my usual size 8.5 saying my foot would expand with wear and they would be more comfortable. This was a huge lie and the shoes squeak constantly in addition to not fitting. It was a few months after the return window but we have been in quarantine and I have been ill. The manager of the store refused to return, exchange or credit. They should not lie to people and convince them to buy the wrong size. Stay away from Run On! and get your shoes elsewhere.
