As soon as I walked in this location Ibwas greeted with hello. Also the store was very neat and clean. Very Organized. I noticed one lady in particular named Melissa✔✔✔✔👍👍👍 she was awsome she was very polite to every customer as I listened she greeted everyone with a smile and a very pleasant voice. So then it was my turn to check out but before I had walked up she had already taken a phone call but when she started to ring before she started to ring me up she stopped her conversation on the phone and politely took care of me and got me out of the way very proficient at very professional Melissa is the best God bless you Melissa thank you for such an awesome experience at this location I do recommend this location to any and everybody very very clean very nice very good place to shop. 😛👍🙏✔

I had somewhere to go last night so I stopped in the store to grab a quick outfit... got home and the censor was still on the shirt so I couldn’t even wear it!! Their alarm didn’t even go off when I walked out the door! How do you forget to take off a censor?! I guess that’s what happens when you have young girls working in the store on their cell phones and using bad language around customers smh

Love the clothing selection, this location has better clothes than most other Rainbow Shops in my personal opinion. I did feel like I was being watched by the staff to the point where it made me a little uncomfortable but I really like the guy in the store. He was really cool!

Please remove the star. I was racially discriminated against by Kelsey at this location. Kelsey and another customer were badgering an African woman about accidentally cutting in line. They continue this for about two minutes or so. I was in the middle of checking out with a different member of your staff and I asked if there was a manager I could speak with, Kelise responded I’m the manager how can I help you. I said oh no that’s ok is there someone else, Kelsey stated I can help you what do you need. I ask if she could stop being rude life is too short. She began to yell at me about the woman cutting in line and she will stick up for her customers “who were white”, (aren’t we all customers?)She then told me to get out of the store, I told her you have no grounds to ask me to leave, she then stated your are refusing? I’m calling 911. I stated on what grounds? She called 911 and told him that I was aggressive and argumentative and I was refusing to leave. The officers that responded were white and stated I had to leave. I asked on what grounds? They stated cause she told me too. Well here is the law:

I really can’t explain how I feel because everyone wants to say in 2022 racial discrimination doesn’t exist. I am pressing charges against her and rainbow as a company. This behavior is unacceptable. The way I was treated was shameful. You should close down . I am not taking this lightly at all. I was publicly humiliated while I was purchasing items from your store. Needless to say I asked them to void everything. I will never forget this for the rest of my life. This was uncalled. I will not rest until I have justice! There will be no peace.

I just shopped here for the first time and this is the first time in my life that I ran into a clothing store without fitting rooms and when I asked the sales associate if I the fitting rooms are opened she told me no, we don't have fittingrooms but you can try on over your clothes. That is so weird. Plus when I got home I noticed the stitching is botched a little in My ruched dress but I live too far away.

Nice affordable clothes n shoes. Need more staff at registers, line is always long, dressing room is closed. I have to try on first, so it's point for me to go.

No employees on duty line long walked around couldn't even find a person. As I walked off a lady went to the register no one else was working. So don't go on your lunch break you'll be there all day cuz no one is at work there

Just heard of this place, will go back when it's not so busy, shop is small, no space to get around, didn't have the tops I saw online.
