I love the ladies that work the drop off and pick up windows. They have been there since before CVS took over and know everyone. Very polite ,kind and cheerful. Also helpful. Keep them and I will stay as a customer:-)

Very poor customer service. Been trying to get prescription filled for a couple of weeks and have to talk to different people each time and reexplain the situation. Staff blamed on my doctor for reasoning prescription wasn’t filled when it truly was them not responding to my doctor or notifying me there was any issues. I have never had an issue with any pharmacy until this one and felt that the pharmacy didn’t care. Showed a lack of interest in trying to help me and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I received excellent customer service, the rep was able to save me over $60 by taking the extra step finding a RX coupon. She was so helpful and fast service.

The pharmacist there on 12/5/2021 between 11am- 3pm was the nicest person ever. My prescription wasnt being called in by my doctor and I kept having to call her to see if it was finally sent over and she was just so sweet. When it was called in she remembered me and filled it asap. Then when I came to pick it up she remembered me and was just so nice! Its very refreshing to come in contact with people like this now. Thank you so much! I didn't catch her name but wanted her to be recognized for being such an awesome individual. Customers service A+++++!!!! Made me feel better already!

I was helped by 3 different but nice ladies as I had a prescription that wasn’t fully covered by the 2 insurances I got. Anam greeted me and took the prescription and asked me to wait. She came back to me saying the insurance is only covering a fraction of the cost. I asked to try my secondary insurance which denied to cover the cost. She called her Senior Veronica to help me. Veronica tried to work different options to assist me

These guys have a lot of patience and they do care about the patients

This pharmacy was the worst. From the lackluster customer service, inability to communicate options or prescription availability and deadpan behavior makes this place uncomfortable to be in. This was my 1st & last experience with them. As a tech myself, I understand issues arise outside of control. But I wasn’t even notified of anything and had to do all the legwork myself to get a transfer to another pharmacy. Don’t come here.

Benna Patel was the worst pharmacist I have ever had contact with. I went in to get get a covid shot and the company takes walkins and she chose not to give me a shot because she was too lazy to prepare it because I didn’t have an appointment. She then went on to say it takes time to mix up formula and she didn't want to do it, that she would rather do it by listed appointments. When I told her she just didn’t want to do her job she says only because they are short staffed. I would have appreciated it if she would have said give her time instead of her blatant lousy work ethic, the entire country is short staffed Benna.

When I took my business to WALGREENS I was told she lied about even having to mix anything to prepare the shot. Walgreens pharmacy employees had three times the rush that Benna had and still had time to do the job they are paid to do.

Going forward put a notice in your website and on your window in store stating that "Due to overworked-short staff all shots are appointment only ".

Any pharmacy will be better than this one. She wanted to call the eye care center to verify that the prescription is ligit !
I can't believe she refused to give me the medicine because the eye care center was closed ! They lost the human factor in here ! I hope this doesn't become a trend " turning patients down just because they can" .
