Kroger Pharmacy

Peter is the best Pharmacist ever! Always very professional and friendly. When the other location he worked at shut down i followed him to this location, he's is always happy to see you. Will never use any pharmacy that he isnt at!!!

Pharmacist is usually very rude.... I love kroger and the pharmacy is usually one of the best with prices.... last visit she didn't fill my son's cough medication because she was about to close, part of it was the doctors office because they didn't sent it right away...but we were there before the pharmacy closed and so was the rx....today my daughter needed tamiflu, she said insurance didn't cover it and that's that.....went to Walmart she had a $10copay.....I called insurance who asked if she tried to call them....of course not!! Really upset with her and her "customer service".

The pharmacist has always been so kind and gone out of her way to greet me whenever I come in. It can be a struggle to get a script that insurance won't cover but they eventually get it going and the kindness of the staff makes it worth waiting. There's one script I have that they don't seem to keep well stocked. It can be hard to get it fully filled but they've given me the amount they have at no charge and I don't have to pay until I get the rest which is nice.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean.

Some prices are a bit misleading since the discounted pricing does not seem to apply unless you pay an annual membership fee for the Kroger Pharmacy.

Amy runs the best pharmacy of any I have used. Staff always polite, and very helpful. I would give more stars if possible.

I’ve been very happy with this pharmacy! Not only are they very thorough in making you understand interactions, what to expect while taking the drug, they also help you find the cheapest way to buy your prescription! Now I use a mix of my insurance, Good Rx, as well as a manufacturer discount I would not even have known about!

The app is amazing for tracking when medications are eligible for refill & when you need to request an expired or empty script, notify the pharmacy via app and they handle it for you. You can prepay to shorten your time at the store.

The only improvement I could suggest is stocking medication they can expect will be filled-I get the same items every month bit regularly there are 2 that they must order. Could be pandemic shortage related so not knocking my rating for that.

Very helpful, professional, cheerful staff even in the face of some pretty impatient customers I’ve seen. I’m happy I changed to this pharmacy.

I have been gong to this Pharmacy for a while now and I never had such a rude and unprofessional tech helping me. First he had a face like he wasn't happy to be there and he wasn't happy that he had to help me, he asked "Are you here to pick up something??? Really? Yes Im here to pick up prescription why kind of question is that? He had an attitude all the time I was there and not even a thank you.... Unbelievable! Hey Pharmacy Manager send VINH to an intense customer service training because he is not the right person to be at this pharmacy to help people that are sick and in pain and on top of that we have to put up with a person that is not happy there and has an attitude . So whos fault is that?

Be careful using pharmacist Razi. He is unprofessional. He yelled at me while I was trying to pick up my medication when I had covid. He never had heard of daytime and night time cough meds being called in together. He then left a rude handwritten note on my rx when I picked it up which was scary. I then had my rx transferred due to ins change and he deleted my husbands profile without permission. He has different ins and needed an urgent refill of his heart meds and recently had heart stents. He is vindictive and careless with patients medication per the above. BE CAREFUL.
