Pretty awesome store, I love how spacious and clean it is and it's a plus that the employees know their fish. I really enjoyed this store and I must visit it again

My fiancé is crazy about fish. We just went here to browse actually but we were just stunt on how this place was. The moment we walked into it, it didn't feel like any other fish shop. It was a very clean and bright, the aquariums here are not located in a dark, damp area like other stores. It's an absolutely wonderful place to check with a wider variety of freshwater fish than saltwater fish. This place was very clean and we felt like we were in a mini aquarium place. If you are looking for big aquariums for your house then must definitely visit here, they have variety of aquarium for large space. They do have a small room for various small party for kids and that was amazing. The display tanks represented DFW area so stunningly.
But this is kind of overpriced then other store in DFW area. Customer service was really bad and didn't expect like that in Fish gallery. The inventories weren't marked right.. We had grabbed stuffs which had a cheaper price in the box and when they scanned it it was almost double the price.. Don't know if that was kind of a strategy to sell their stuffs..

Imagine purchasing you and your family’s dream tank. Full package, install, and a biweekly service. (10,000 dollars to the fish gallery). Your very first service appointment someone comes out and while “servicing” your brand new tank they completely RUIN the front panel of your aquarium. Deep scratches visible from all angles. After acknowledging the damage they promise to replace your glass. I wish this was the end. In addition to the MASSACRE to the aquariums glass, around the 2nd month of waiting for our replacement we found out that the salinity of our water had been kept astronomically high. Which of course meant the fish gallery “service” had to make several more appointments to lower it to acceptable levels. It has now been nearly SIX MONTHS since we were told our replacement was ordered. Each time we speak with them we are told different excuses. Staffing issues, supply chain issues, it’ll only be another 2 weeks, oh it’s in Houston. WE ARE TIRED of staring at our very expensive yet completely ruined reef tank. At this moment they will no longer answer our emails or calls. Please do not let this company touch your fish tanks. Learn from our mistake. Don’t let them suck the joy out of this hobby for your family.

Great place to shop in DFW for your aquatic companions. Jesse and Tom the managers are incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to help. Lucas is also extremely friendly and always ready to help. Great people here and great quality livestock and supplies. Definitely a very upscale LFS.

Lovely store amazing display and large selection of tropical fish. We spent several hours there and were very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend and a unique display and selection of aquariums. We were very impressed and two weeks later all of the new fish, plants and other items purchased are doing very well. Thank you!

It is clean and people are very nice the fresh water tanks were great and I got to say the saltwater aquariums were very clean no pests on the coral that I can see. I do miss the large saltwater selection of the old place. but this place a few coral and a lot of fresh water fish.

What an incredible store!! Beautiful display tanks and a very friendly staff. All the fish looked healthy and they had much nicer set ups than any store I’ve ever see for the fish. I wish I had one in San Antonio!!!

I have been in here a number of times since it opened. The staff are super helpful and the store is worth the visit! It is an adventure just to browse, but of course I bought some fish for my grand daughter. They also have a Veterinarian and a Doggy Boarding and day care facility. They really did a first class job. Visit the Fish Gallery at 15003 Inwood Road in Addison.
