CityVet - Addison

Due to location I had to switch vets and my first experience here was excellent. Clean facility, friendly staff members and I really felt the Vet took her time with my Milo which is everything. Reasonable prices as well. Very happy.

We love CityVet Addison! The staff goes above and beyond to care for our dog Rosie. She’s a rescue dog who was previously abused and she can be very timid and shy. They are always so patient with her and do everything they can to make her feel comfortable.

We had an issue with our senior cat come up suddenly and needed to get him in, this happened about 5 and they closed at 7. New patient, they worked Neville in. Absolutely love the staff, everyone was so nice and caring. The vet was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the issue was and quickly set us at ease. We came back in the morning for a dental procedure. They checked in via text and the vet called as they needed to take care of another tooth as well. I was provided all the information I needed and was confident my cat was getting excellent care. When I went to pick him up, the lady checking us out apologized that the extra tooth took the rate over my quote (which I was prepared for), to my shock it was only by $60. They made sure I knew what his recovery would be and care going forward. They really made a stressful situation so much better. I moved from Frisco 5 years ago and loved my vet, I have struggled to find someone to fill his shoes and am so thankful we found CityVet in Addison! I finally found a great place to take my kitty boys!Thank you from us and Neville!

This place is amazing.
The staff are friendly, the vet and vet tech always explain everything to us and answer any questions we might have.
There's no price gouging everything from surgery to shots to boarding is exactly what I expect to pay if not less cost wise. They keep in constant contact for surgeries and boarding during and after. The vet itself is very clean and modern / inviting.
I've had teeth cleanings tooth removal vaccines and boarding here with my pups and they have gone above what they have to do.

Had a bit of emergency, or "normal" very is now too far after a move. Pup was sick, got me in quick for drop off appt. Doc called, great detail about what to do to fix it, how it happened and how to prevent it in the future. Staff friendly & helpful. Dog was happy and excited at pick up. Line she's been at the spa instead of the vet. Pricing reasonable, not more than you needed just because they could! Appreciated the whole experience and am glad we found a close option for future needs!

I’ve been here a couple of times, and every visit has been nothing short of exceptional. The wait time is quick, the lobby and rooms are clean, the staff are all friendly and professional, and everyone is skilled in their roles. I trust this vet with my dog’s life. They take time to thoroughly explain treatment options, cost efficiency routes, and they even sent me text updates of my dog’s progress in surgery, as well as a cute picture once he was awake and well. I cannot thank this clinic enough for their hard work and their dedication to the animals. I recommend them 100%.

They are awesome! Dropped off my girl for a groom and vet appointment. 2 birds with 1 stone. They were pretty affordable imo & the staff was so sweet! They had pretty open availability too. My dog was also very happy when I picked her up!

I had just moved to Dallas from Austin and hadn't yet gotten a vet when my dog suddenly got super sick. I called them up, and they were able to fit her in and got her taken care of for a SUPER reasonable price. They have been really good with working within my price range, and have been able to help me determine the best course of action for her. Definitely recommend and I very much appreciate all of the staff there! :)
