Positive: The staff member who checked us in was extremely friendly and understanding, even though we came in really late. Negative: We were fortunate enough to get a late check-out, but housekeeping started knocking on our door at 9:00 Then again at 11 and at 12. I wish there would have been a way to communicate that info to housekeeping so we wouldn¿t have been woken up so many ti

The staff there was fantastic. We had a room issue during our stay and Mehmet the General Manager helped address the matter after our stay. Good location. Rooms can use a bit of an update.

Checked in after midnight which was a weird process. They didn't seem to want my id or cc, and clicked around for an unusually long time. Eventually they got it sorted. The room was great, it's a good layout with lots of amenities. There was no soap in the bathroom, the soap/shampoo in the shower was empty and even the dish soap in the kitchenette was half empty and watered down lol. The AC was pretty loud, and sounded like the tin cans on the back of a "just married" vehicle. The bed was hard.

However I thought it was a good hotel because the price was right, it was clean and safe and the breakfast was great. The staff was friendly.

I would definitely stay here again, but there's some small improvements that could be attended to.

The hotel is very old. On Monday-Friday, the breakfast stops at 9 am and not at 9:30 am as advertised online/app. The bathroom has mold in the ceiling. I would not recommend staying here. I expect more from a Marriott hotel.

Just had too many hiccups-
Came at 3:45 with infant in tow and the room still wasn’t ready. (Check in is as early as 3:00pm)
Had requested a pack and play for room and it wasn’t there when I arrived. Called front desk and still never got it. Had to create a make shift “bed” for my baby on the floor to be safe. Then the door to my building wouldn’t work and had to go all the way back to front desk- they rekeyed me to the wrong room and had to be redone again.
Rooms are not very sound proofed. At 9:30 at night, basketball court right outside my window was dribbling away. Called front desk and they said they wouldn’t do anything until 10pm.

Two stars for the room itself but unfortunate circumstances otherwise. Would not stay here again.

Will not stay again. Front desk was very friendly. Property was very dark outside. Room was pretty clean. As soon as my children and I entered the building, the hallway reeked of pot. The door plate that is supposed to cover the bottom of the door on our room was missing so there was a large gap under the door that allowed the smell to come into our room.

Upon checking into my room, I discovered that there was no luggage caddy available for me to set my suitcase on. When I mentioned it to the front desk, Marcus said that someone would send one over promptly. He was correct! Not only did they drop off the caddy, but they dropped off a brand new, still in the package caddy! Couldn't be more pleased.

170$ for one person a night. The T.V. Should be working. I was offered to move rooms but it was already 9:00 at night. There was no carts for the luggage that I could find anywhere. I wasn’t about to log my luggage to entire different building/floor. The room was OK nothing special. They were big and clean but the building itself seems a little rundown. The front doors to the building key cards didn’t work they were just always open but you had to pull it really hard to open it. Just seems like a lot of money for a subpar room especially for a room that doesn’t have TV.
