The hotel was easy to get to and I'm a good area. Room was nice and spaced out. We reserved a double king room and they oversold the rooms so we didn't get what I reserved which is not cool at all. The beds were like concrete so if you like a hard bed get a room here. No complementary breakfast. Probably would not stay here again.

Do NOT book here. Justine the supervisor went into the system and changed a payment to add on a parking fee that I had no notice of. When I began to ask Justine for receipts on my stay she told me "to have a nice day" and hung up in my face because she lacked the patience of trying to understand and explain the situation. Currently in the process of getting the transaction disputed since i was hung up on by Justine without a resolution. Very rude, unprofessional, and classless for someone working at a Marriott. This place is unlike any Marriott I've stayed at. I've been here a total of three times and have had a bad experience everytime. Even with being double charged $300 because the front desk being incompetent on doing a 3rd party reservation. The front desk staff needs a new team from the supervisor to the team doing the check in. They literally are there to get a check and nothing more. No hospitality or people skills whatsoever. This place is not worth $100 a night. BTW you have to pay for breakfast even though it says its included on the website.

Yikes, not what we are used to with the Marriot name. The ac barely worked we were hot all night. There was long black hair in the tub and the back of the toilet. The tub barely drained. The shampoo dispenser had apparently been ripped off the wall as evidenced but the remaining caulking. Instead half used bottles of shampoo, bodywash and conditioner were there. Not a hotel size, but like you are staying at aunt Linda's and using her shampoo. Unsanitary. The provided lotion was also half used. The corporate rate we were provided was MORE than the standard "no refund" rate. That's not ok. We are in Dallas often but we won't be using this location again.

9/10/22: We stayed here for the first time to spend the day at Addison. The property was easy to get to and there was plenty of parking. Ashley greeted me at the front desk. She was very friendly and personable. She was able to upgrade our room (Gold Elite). She was very thorough while she explained the benefits of the property, the (paid) breakfast, and best entry points to our room. She made a great first impression! Our room was clean and the common areas looked great. The property was centrally located to the areas we were exploring. We will definitely be back!

The king size beds are right the elevator. Double beds are away from the elevator. I wish they would’ve shown when you booking the hotel. Also we were with kids and you can smell pot everywhere, elevator, lobby…. From this you can judge the clientele.

Untrustworthy. I had a reservation for October 7th through the 9th. I have had the reservation quite a while, and as I was getting ready to head to the Dallas area, I received an email that the reservation that I had for several weeks would not be honored and it was just my tough luck. They basically explained they did not like the rate I had, and they could make more money from somebody else, so they were not going to honor the reservation order or in anyway provide me with alternate accommodations.

The first night of our stay, my husband and I couldn't sleep due to the fact the heater was making a rattling sound. The next morning we went to the front desk to ask for another room. She then told us "it does that all the time." "We get plenty of complaints, it's normal. " You could clearly tell it was broken. She then told us she'd send the maintenence to come and fix it, and she could give us another room after they were cleaned. But that never happened. We had to shove pieces of paper into the fan so we could tolerate it the second night. May I also mention that when we were talking to the lady at the front desk my husband told her that the people that were staying next door were arguing all night, and she just shrugged her shoulders at him. I do not recommend staying here. Although it was a nice location, it was within walking distance to the improv club that we were going to see a comedy show at.

The most HORRIBLE experience at a Marriott hotel . Upon check in found out that even though I had made a reservation and paid extra for a king bed with balcony all that was available was a double twin bed with no balcony. The sheets and pillows smelled like sweat, the heater that was in the room when kicked on sounded like a diesel truck, and the staff was just strait up rude and did not want to help at all.
