Haley is by far the best front office/leasing agent we have experienced. We did not have an appointment when we walked in and, even though Haley had an appointment within the hour, she took her time and gave us the complete tour. She never acted rushed. Once we decided to lease an apartment (the choice was easy compared to other options in the area at the same price point), Haley walked us step-by-step through the application process (I am an old country boy and not very tech savvy - so Haley's patience was above the call). I highly recommend the apartment complex and I highly recommend working with Haley.

Toured AMLI Addison for my daughter this weekend and Halle in the leasing office was fantastic. She was the first leasing agent that contacted us after requesting tours with about eight apartment complexes. She continued to stay in touch with us and asked about my daughters needs. She was also personable and knowledgable about the property. I would highly recommend contacting Halle at AMLI Addison. Oh yeah, the property is beautiful too!

My experience at AMLI Addison has been nothing less than AMAZING! From the moment I walked into the apartment, I absolutely loved the place! It is extremely well maintained, clean, and has a great vibe to it.

Cynthia, our leasing agent has been super helpful throughout the process. From the time I went for an in-person tour to the application process and till our final move, she was extremely responsive and patiently answered all my queries.

I’ve lived at AMLI Addison for a full year now. I turn my keys in today and it actually breaks my heart to leave! Amazing apartment that looked brand new when I moved in, maintenance that shows up next day (if not same day) and handles EVERYTHING (very talented, also very friendly); extremely clean hallways, common areas, and landscaping. Management and front office staff are great at communicating with residents and will always return phone calls. Tons of great events to attend hosted by the complex and Addison in general but never blocked in by Addison Circle event traffic. Easy access to everything, very quiet (I rarely heard any of my Neighboors), nicely lit inside and outside, garage gates worked flawlessly 99% of the time (snow/ice would keep one gate open when we had a freeze) and every single door requires key fob access or the use of butterfly keypads to enter (security is important to me and I walked the entire building looking for a way in without a fob/screen and nothing). Honestly, the only thing missing is trash valet but I can live without since everything else was immaculate. There was nothing that I asked for that I couldn’t get. I’m only moving out because I’m leaving the state but the second I determine I’m returning to Dallas I will be signing the first lease open here. I am very impressed with how this complex is operated and maintained. 10/10 would recommend.

My boyfriend and I have lived at this complex for a little over 2 years now. Not only do we continue to be impressed by the amenities and activities, but the staff is exceptional. It is so nice living somewhere that has such accommodating, respectful and genuinely caring staff. Audrey, Ashely, Cynthia and Hallie have been incredible since we moved here and we could not imagine living anywhere else. We are so happy to call this place our home!

We are really enjoying our time at AMLI in Addison. Our apartment is right on the courtyard where we can go out to barbeque, lay in the hammocks, or sit by the fire pit at night. The staff is amazing and very attentive. All the amenities are great. Proximity to old town Addison with its parks, cafes, and restaurants is really nice and within easy walking distance. Belt Line road is just down the street.

I am an upcoming resident but the community and the customer service has me so excited about being apart of the Amli Addison community. I had a specific place, Sq ft, color scheme and closet size in mind, and Cynthia and Halle made sure I got what I was looking for. They toured several units with me, went over potential alternatives and very quickly won me over. They are wonderful. Stay tuned for my review once I'm moved and settled but if it's anything like my experience this far, I'm in good hands.

The location is excellent, the apartments are comfortable, and the amenities are well-maintained. The neighbors and on-site staff are super friendly.
