I had items shipped from UAE to USA/Texas and this company was selected to deliver my items to me, they were horrible in every step, they did not contact me timely, I had to constantly call or email the other company that selected them (Delight Movers UAE) because the contact person in Alpharetta Georgia did not respond to my emails. She sent me 1 email and it contain details about several charges I would have to pay when the full cost of my shipment was already paid. I never heard from her again until after I called complaining and she sent an email saying she had sent me several emails but, would not send me copies. This company caused me several sleepless nights. When my items were delivered, Universal Relocation did not deliver them they contracted the delivery out to another company. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company at all not even for a local move.

Entire shipment was very efficiently handled. Clear communication and instructions on the shipment process. Once the shipment was handed there was regular update and tracking. Overall very pleasant experience and satisfying.

I have used them to ship my boxes from USA to INDIA.
They claim that the shipment will take 60 days but it took 170 days. There is no communication on the boxes and no compensation is they delay your boxes.
So beware if you love your stuff then don't ship them with this company.

Boxes arrived in good condition today at Bengaluru after 4 months of waiting from USA. We had planned to ship with not so urgent items so we’re able to manage without them.
We were updated on the status at least once or twice a month, also were updated on the status at the port. Definitely recommend Universal Relocations to everyone.

They lost my package from a shipment and I had to literally beg for status multiple times. They just called it unfortunate. They do not care for the customer. They claim to have door to door service and you pay at the beginning of shipment and then come up with surprise carrier charges at the end. This will never be indicated to you. They also try to increase volume by packing light. Please avoid this company and go with others.

Took almost 6 months to receive boxes from USA to India. Things were taken from the boxes and replaced with the padded moving blankets.

Improper packing, packers pack to increase volume for more billing. No security on boxes packed. They can print labels again and repack. Management always supports this kind of packing. Insurance does not cover all insured even after taking premium on it. They have lot of fine printing to protect themselves, which takes all liabilities.

One cannot get compensated for loss and damages.

Very cooperative staff and decent service with highly customer friendly services to move stuff using ocean shipment between US and India.
