May Dragon Chinese Restaurant 五福樓

I spent $60 and this food was just nasty! I thought added a little of my own seasonings would help but it did not smh. First there was an odd smell coming from both the shrimp and chicken broccoli. Second the chicken as you can see looks like canned chicken and the broccoli smh. The rice was not hot, I could tell if was not fresh fried rice and it was very bland! Steak on the stick was so cold, I had to reheat it! it was not tender at all and that was before reheating. I was looking for some good authentic Chinese food and the was not close to it at all! Nothing was fresh I am so upset!

I added my own sauce and seasoning and it was still nasty. This was my first time trying it and I would never again. I’ve had way better fried rice. It has no seasoning whatsoever. Sorry but it’s nasty.

I was treated like a Queen coming and going. I have trouble walking and the servers setup door stops, so I could walk out easily.

Food quality/quantity and price is why I only give it 2 stars. We were pretty disappointed in the “small” amount of combination fried rice in a to go order for the price. Plus the price of the sesame beef, huge price for little quantity. Crab rangoon was tasteless too, no flavor! Fried rice wasn’t very tasty unless you add lots of soy sauce. If you have to add a lot of soy sauce, it’s not a flavorful fried rice. The sesame beef was not spicy at all, didn’t even have a slight kick, I had fried rice instead of white rice on the side of this dish…there wasn’t even egg in the fried rice side, it was just brown in color and tasteless. All that we ordered in total was the combo fried rice, sesame beef, and crab rangoon…our total with a 20% tip was $53.26. Terrible and expensive! I’d prefer to go to a good, tasty, more authentic Chinese restaurant for that price, not a good price for good ole American made Chinese food that doesn’t have much flavor. The fortune cookie quotes were not even fortunes just generic no brainier sayings…strange.
People who work there were nice though, they have nice chop sticks too. I will not return to this location due to food quality and quantity at the price they are charging. I gave them 2 stars because the people were nice at the business.

Look I hate being this person but my god the food was horrible and it's hard to make chinese taste bad. Food was far from fresh, no flavor, just very VERY disappointing. The only thing I can salvage is service as the waiter was very humorous and lovely - but I cannot eat service, so apologies for the bad review.

Please do yourself and your loved ones a favor and go eat somewhere else. The duck was dry and not even close to being crispy, Peking Style Roast Pork looked like they just threw it in some type a "red" sauce. $20 for frozen shrimp what was battered and fried and called salt and pepper "prawns". The one thing I will give them is, they did call and left an voicemail to let me know they ran out of Chicness broccoli and that they would give me regular broccoli instead. They should have just taken that off my order instead of sending me something that I wouldn't even feed to my worse enemy.

I hope my coworkers and I don't get sick after todays lunch.

For a first timer, I really enjoyed the food. It was fresh and good. The atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful. I was really nice to go somewhere and eat and it be so welcoming.So I highly recommend

We ordered takeout. The food was prepared fast however we ordered Sesame beef the beef was underdone and did not look like beef. When I called to let them know the lady went back and forth with me trying to convince me that I was mistaken. A couple of pieces of my orange chicken also looked undercooked.
