Have gotten take out a few times and sat in to dine once. Not necessarily the best quality, but decent. Good value for the price, with decent sided portions. I personally would recommend their giant bakers (big, filling baked potatoes), brisket (I like it chopped) and creamy spinach side. The sweet bbq sauce is good. They do a good job of packing things to go. The fried sides may or may not be burnt. The mac and cheese may or may not be overcooked. Not a big fan of their rolls. They are always pretty quick at getting things out.

So disappointing. The chopped brisket was not chopped, and it was the SALTIEST meat and SALTIEST beans ever. Unfortunately not even edible. . The order taker rang it up and swiped my card three times. He said their system wasn’t taking the charge, well my credit card charged me 3 times. I cannot recommend.

Manager was super welcoming and Rashid. The food is always fresh and I would come again. Always super clean and the hot BBQ was delicious. The music is youthful and nice to listen to variety. I always come to this location because of the environment and how at home I feel.

Well lets start with the service. I walked in and the girl working had to get out of the booth where her and her friends were at so she could take my order. She never said hello or even smiled. She acted like I was an inconvenience for interupting her fun with friends. Then she would not put out any effort to speak and i had to ask her to repeat every thing she said. Finally after taking my order and paying she asked if I wanted a receipt and i said no. So she just turns around and walked off. I had to get my own cup for my drink. Then to find out all they have to drink is unsweet tea and water. The fountain drinks are not working and apparently sweet tea is to much to ask for. On top of all this their is rap music blaring over the radio in the dinning area, not what i want to listen to while dinning! Now the food. The brisket was nothing but fat! The baked potato was not done at all! The one guy making the meals has a masive beard and has no beard net nor a hair net or cap. So needless to say the entire experience sucked! I do not recommend this place at all! Its a shame too! This place has potential! Its in a great area and very busy. The fact that all the other eating establishments in the area have waiting lines and this place was 100% empty when i walked in speaks volumes!.

Took an hour to get two sandwiches ready with no crowd. When picked it up left off one beans so had to go back. When got home the BBQ sauce onions jalopenos and pickles were not in bag. Had difficulty finding stored because none of signage was lit at 815 pm. Staff really didn't care about how they service customers. Won't go back to this location.

This to be one of my favorite locations of Dickey’s to visit. They had recently undergone a period of being severely understaffed and ever since I’ve seen the new crew get hired on, I have nothing bad to say about this place. Rashie was behind the counter and his service was superb; my food was well prepared and overall experience was great. Definitely would recommend visiting this place if you’re looking for BBQ in the Addison area because they’ve stepped their game up over the last several months and the crew has great energy.

Went to this location a couple of day's ago. I had a really good experience. The staff are really cool and nice and made sure the my food was ready. Great place to get some good food.
