Smoothie King

Staff is rude and unwelcoming. A friend had bought me a banana boat that morning (Thurs April 12th 2018) as a surprise. It was incredibly sweet and I didn't like it. I took it back (completly full) to them and simply asked if I could get a different smoothie made. When I told this to the lady at the counter she looked at me and said "so what exactly do you want?"...I asked if I could get a different smoothie, she promptly answered, "No, not unless you bring me a recepit, I'm not doing anything" - needless to say I didn't ask my friend for her receipt because I didn't want to be unappreciative for her thoughtful gesture. I guess this is their typical business practice, I was just surprised as to how I was treated because this banana boat smoothie was way too sweet for me. I wasn't asking for cash back, I was just asking for a different smoothie.

This location is horrible with making drinks. They taste nowhere as good as the one in Midway. My husband and I got our usual from there and this is the first time visiting this location. Omg! It went straight in the trash and since I just had surgery I couldn’t go up there and just do a refund. I don’t know what they did wrong but it was disgusting. I’m so angry because I really wanted that smoothie. Smoothie King give me my money back so i can go to the Midway location to get my smoothie made right.

I work up the street about 5 min away. I go here at least 2-3 time a wk. never really had a bad experience till Saturday Dec 26th when I order a 40oz strawberry/banana like I always do. 1: The flavor wasn’t really there this time around 2: it took almost 20 min to get my smoothie when there was only a couple in front of me. 3: I order a 40oz and pay for a 40oz. If you made a mistake by forgetting to put an ingredient or something in please tell me oh I’m sorry I didn’t put enough this or that. Instead when the guy handed me the cup his face said it all. That’s probably why the smoothie didn’t taste right and why the smoothie didn’t fill the 40 oz cup that I paid for. Should’ve gotten the 32oz instead then I won’t feel like I’m getting rip off. I would’ve said something but I was running late for work because I waited longer than I thought I would. See picture below. Feel rip off paying over 10 dollar for something I didn’t get.

Was there on a Monday at noon. I was the only one. Got my drink made, sat down, plugged in my charger and relaxed. Then there was about a 30-35 person rush during the lunch hour. The 2 employees were awesome. Non stop working to get orders put in and made. Great job here!

Ordered curbside pickup out of convenience. Called the store like the sign says twice no answer… I understand being busy but an answer would’ve been nice! Had to go inside to pick up my drinks and they were melted by then because they attended everyone before me (-:

Great customer service, ordered online and my smoothie was ready for me. Everyone was friendly too! Had to leave a tip!!!!

Arginita and Hector are great workers and overall great people, they made me laugh while makin my smoothie, great customer service and overall great spirits, need more like them..!!!

Big thanks to the staff that make this location great.
They’re always super busy making great flavorful smoothies, they never rush a good smoothie.
The atmosphere is very uplifting, I even got to study solo while enjoying my berry smoothies.
