Lost the only key to my car and the folks were able to come out within an hour of me calling and get another made. They had a hard time of it called out a second person to help but they got the key made and it worked. When i was told i would have to go to the dealership to get this done. Thank you so much!

Zero stars if I could! This review is for both MB Auto Locksmith and Addison Auto Locksmith because they are apparently the same company. I got locked out of my car which I informed them that it was running. The technician told me he needed about 30 minutes. At the time I talked to the company (both of them) they said that it would be starting at $19 plus a $30 service fee. Fast forward 30 minutes and I call the technician back to check on him and he tells me that he took another job and still needed approximately 35 minutes. I called another company Pop a Lock and they quoted me about the same time and $85 dollar flat fee, so I had him keep in touch with me. They both notified me around the same time that they were 5 minutes away, so I cancelled the Pop a Lock service (big mistake). The tech comes from the sister companies and unlocks my car with the standard pump and stick in about 2 minutes then proceeds to tell me it was going to cost me $160! No gave me a quote that came close to that. I was furious because he was trying to cheat me on top of being over an hour late to get to me. To top it off Tony from Pop a Lock still called me back to check if I was alright and had gotten in my car. He was such a nice man. It’s my biggest regret not going with him especially after all the red flags with this sketchy sister company situation and awful tech. If you ever need anyone to help you get in anywhere or need a key, call Tony from Pop-a-Lock, I definitely have his number saved in case of future emergencies.

Came out same day. It was a bit more than I could afford, but it needed to be fixed. I’m happy to have a working garage door!
