They hung up on me while I was asking about a problem with a garment, so I had to drive back to the store to discuss it. My simple questions weren't being answered which would help me decide what course of action to take. Later, they refused service. Now I have to find another dry cleaner. They made a mole hill into a mountain.

Very Pleased with the Dry cleaning service at Addison Cleaners. I had a zipper replaced in a pair of pants and they did a great job.
I find the personal attentive and friendly. One lady noticed I had an issue with walking and offered to come out to car until my injury healed.

Reasonable prices and located near other shops to get your laundry done why you shop.

Their prices looks cheap till you get the bill. They will over charge you if your shirt buttons color is not white or the collar is not classic collar.

I took 10 shirts for laundry, they told me it was going to be $1.8 per shirt. When I picked them up I was told that the price changed because the shirts could get ruined. I have always got them laundry everywhere else. They took upon themselves to make that change from my original request without calling me or notify me before changing the price. Not worth your time. Looked up other services around and I found a more affordable place with the same quality
