Metrocrest Dry Cleaners

I had cleaning and laundry done and I was very satisfied, and this place is FAST! I dropped off shirts at 10am and they were ready by four pm. My shirts looked fantastic which is a change from my previous laundry and everyone was very friendly and polite, also a depature from my previous laundry. I highly recommend this location of Metrocrest.

They accommodated with me I am very happy they were able todo fix my zipper within 24 hours.

Excellent and prompt service. I used to work at a dry cleaner and I appreciate that they avoid stapling those tags on the fabric. Would definitely use them again.

Love this place! As a new customer, I am beyond amazed by this place so far. I will be coming back. They saved Christmas. Literally. I was unaware of the holiday hours and showed up on Friday, 12/23/22, to pick up my Christmas sweater and they were closed. ENTERS PANIC MODE. I then visit the website and decide to take a chance and text the number online explaining how important the sweater is. To my amazement they reply!! Immediately the owner makes arrangements for me to meet him at the cleaners!! I was so grateful. On top of all that, the Christmas sweater was perfect! THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I had a last minute request for a same day clean and the owner very kindly rushed it for me. Quality customer service, excellent cleaning, a combination hard to come by! I'll definitely be back.

I specifically told them not to crease my jeans and light starch. Picked up my clothes. All my pants were creased and were starched so bad I had to pry the pants open. Way to stiff to wear. I had to wash the pants over. Very, very bad service .
