I called to refill and got a message that my refill was already ready to pick up before I even hung up! 😃

Called today to get clarification on a medication authorization, was told it was my fault that I did not call to follow up after the prior authorization was “sent out” and ultimately got hung up on. Drove to this location to speak to the manager which she informed me the technician lied and said I insulted her. I was never informed of these changes and having the knowledge while being a prior technician myself, called months ago to inform what to run the prescription under since it was a paper documentation I gave to the staff in person. I gave permission for the manager to have corporate to call and listen to the audio recording to further prove I never insulted anyone. I was very upset upon entering after being hung up on for trying to get information on a medication needed that my doctor himself called personally saying he never got a denial.
To the pharmacy manager, thank you for trying to clarify both on the phone and in person also for your professionalism.

Suppose you have a child with multiple mouth ulcers, who is in a lot of pain and needs a prescription for magic mouthwash filled as soon as possible? Assume the pediatrician sends that prescription to this CVS. What do you suppose happens?

A. They don't make this medicine so they call the doctor back to let them know they can't fill it.

B. They don't make this medicine so they call the patient to let them know they'll need to find another pharmacy.

C. They don't make this medicine, so they go "Pffft!" and completely ignore the prescription, don't tell anyone they aren't filling it, and think nothing more about it until the patient has to call them to find out what is going on.

If you guessed "C" you win. Because they were completely unconcerned about the fact that a patient needing this stuff MIGHT ACTUALLY BE IN A LOT OF PAIN, they just did.... nothing. And by the time I tracked down their utter disinterest in patient care, it was too late to get it filled anywhere else and my child had to go another day with a lot of unnecessary pain.

They should be able to do better.

Got a Covid booster shot here when no one else around had any. Friendly pharmacist gave no pain and wait was short. Have to give this CVS high marks.

This is the worse Pharmacy to have fill prescriptions. It takes them 3-5 business days to put pills in a bottle. They lack customer service and do not answer the phone. Make sure you don’t have anything to do because the drive thru line is wrapped around the building and you will be waiting forever. Currently waiting in the line now for a prescription that was sent over at 2pm and it’s almost 6pm. Not filled

Been going here for a lil over 5 years. Always personable, compassionate and professional. Knowledgeable in a lot of areas.
