Great location! Great atmosphere and overall experience. The facility is almost done with the renovations so I can only imagine how much better it would look. Definitely recommend checking it out and signing up with the personnel.

Comprehensive services. The facility is amazing! The receptionist is NOT rude. The staff is very professional. I went there for HRT and it has changed my life for a BETTER ME. I have referred anyone seeking "wellness" whatever that is to the person asking...PT, HRT, Medical Weight Loss, IV Therapy, CRYO...not a doc in the box but real people who care.

I'm not sure how any of these people on the reviews have had positive experiences. If you get anyone on the phone, they're never friendly. I sent in a request to refill a prescription through my pharmacy and after waiting 3 weeks with no response, so I called the office to find out what the issue was. After being transferred, hung up on, and then calling again the MA (who didn't bother to put me on hold to yell across the room to PA Ortega) then informed that I have to come back since they haven't seen me in 6 months... which is fine, but why would no one call to set that up? I was never told 6 months ago to come back for a revisit so now I'm almost out of a prescription that I need with no desire to revisit. Since I have to get more tests, I'll just go else where.

They have been excellent in taking care of me after I was injured on the job. They did this after my previous doctor tried to give me basic treatment and send me on my way. They put the patient first and really go the extra mile to help.

“I was very pleased with my experience at Nextgen clinic.
I was treated well with professionalism and care. The doctor listens to your concerns and he is extremely patient. I drive 45 min just to go and see him, he is also very knowledgeable. I can say the whole experience at the doctor’s office was ver smooth and I didn’t have to wait to be seen. Honestly, they made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, they are the best. I am truly grateful. Thank you Dr. Ortega and team.

I guess anyone can have 4 or 5 stars on a review when it's employee's or friends and family providing the rate and review. Anyway, I initially had a good experience here till I started having billing problems. I had agreed to pay a monthly fee via bank draft as a backup or supplement to my personal health insurance. Once you start questioning or demanding services you pay for then the owner (Hunter) wants to get an attitude or belligerent! Starting in or around September 2018 I received bills 9-12 months after the services were rendered. I asked for copies of the original invoices multiple times and never got them. Eventually, my persistence reached Hunter the owner and he and I engaged in a very pointed conversation around 12/17/18. He called me a piece of s*** MF'r and he didn't want my business! Of course I had a few choice words as well! The problem is and the reason for my honest review is because after being told they don't want my business, they continue to want my money! I continue to have money withdrawn off either of 2 CC #'s I provided in the beginning after requesting multiple times to stop the drafts!!! They will not cease or stop making the monthly withdrawals now 2 months later for which I have to contest monthly with my bank or cc!!! Therefore, I have no choice but to warn you to not make this same mistake. Whatever NextGen's response is to my post, trust me this is all true! And I will continue to expose these unethical practices by every means until they stop my monthly bankdrafts!!! Also, seems like the turnover here is very high. Which shouldn't come as a surprise!!!

UPDATE!!! My contract with this place expired May 2019 and of course I was charged this month!!! This place is not a good place to do business! If you want your CC hijacked go here! Oh and the accounting contact I had no longer works there! Go figure! Lastly, I still haven't received my medical records I've requested multiple times!!!

You will be billed for tests you don't ask for in your Annual physical exam. I have been trying to reach the billing department to correct their mistake but they have not gotten back to me. Dr. Charles E Ortega was my physician. Please save your money and find another location and a doctor.

Everytime I've gone I've always get there at least 10 15 min early just to make sure I'm on time . But do you think this clinic is... NO They're not always late making me wait longer than 40 min after my appt is scheduled. This is frustrating yall should be Considerate of other people's time because if I was late to this appointment you would Probably make me pay a late fee plus reschedule my appointment and I don't think that's fair .
