Target

I love shopping at Target for so many reasons. It’s easy to order something on the Target phone app (which everyone should have) and have it brought to your car with NO minimum order amount required. I think Target is the only store that brings it to your car no matter the price!!! That in and of itself is pretty amazing and awesome.

Great and stylish options at good prices.The grocery stores within Targets have a good selection. I can’t always buy everything (grocery-wise) there that I want but I can get so much more than I’d expect.

Returns are super easy. The Target App keeps track of my purchases, even the things I purchase in store when I didn’t put in my phone number or scan any App barcodes at the time I purchased in store. AND the App tells me when the return period ends for all of my purchases. And even if I didn’t have the phone Target App or the receipt, I could just give the card I used to pay for it to customer service to look it up if I wanted to make a return.

In short..,,TARGET MAKES IT SUPER EASY FOR ME TO SHOP THERE!!!! More easy than ANY other store.

I just purchased a few items around 1230pm Sunday afternoon. A young lady named Vanessa helped with something and was very professional. I'd like to recommend her in getting a raise. I see potential as a business man. Thank you very much Vanessa.

Been going to this Target every week! Everyone is nice except the manager Jacob. He is rude and racist. He didn’t want to help nor answer your questions. They always do price adjustment for me before. Jacob refused to do it; and when I asked him why he never told me the reason behind it. I asked the other cashier if he could do it, he said yes but because Jacob is the “manager” and staring at him, he couldn’t help me.

This store is a freaking disaster (Addison,TX) every time I go. I don’t know if y’all are short staffed or what but the clothing departments are always a huge mess!

Came in with a friend to purchase some things for his new home and had s great shopping experience until we got to the register. The cashier didn’t speak to the lady before us or us. My friend just looked at me she kept on swiping.. Didn’t say a word at the completion of check out either. I would much rather have a robot check me out than some of these people who have no integrity in how they do their jobs.

This location is literally less than 5 minutes from me but I drive 20+ minutes to the Plano West location for one reason: accuracy on what's in stock in the app. The Addison location consistently says they have a product in stock then when you get there it can't be found. I don't know if they have a theft problem, employee problem, or both. Every time I risk it going here and every time I'll end up walking out empty handed and drive to the Plano West location. So I cut out the middle man and drive straight to the Plano West. It sure is a shame that the one closest to me is the worst one in the Metroplex.

I absolutely love this Target!!! I live nearby and have come to love the Target store because of this particular location and the people that work there. The employees that have been here for a while are genuinely kind and care about delivering the best customer service. Some mentions are Jenny at checkout- we love seeing her, she is so sweet and kind, my daughter loves this lady and looks forward to seeing her when we are there. Megan- manager, seems really fair and customer service focused, the guy that stands at the front with the carts and sometimes at self checkout.. There is others whose names I don't know that you can just tell care about delivering great customer sevice and making sure the customer leaves happy. I am a loyal Target shopper now thanks to the work and great environment that the employees at this store have created!!

I drove by and they have employees doing drive ups in 11 degree weather (wind chill of -6!!). So shameful! I will not be shopping here again. Unbelievable.
