So the old lady that works in the clerk Office needs a better attitude when speaking with people on the phone, she probably has the same crappy personality with people in person. Plus she couldn't just give me a straight answer to any of my questions about my ticket. I literally only needed yes or no. Wish I knew her name so i could be more specific in my description. But seriously someone needs to talk to her. It's bad enough I have to deal with a pointless ticket, I don't need her bad attitude added to it.

Court is corrupt and operates as business and exhibits numerous conflicts of interest, rather in the interest of justice. The judge, DA, and sheriffs deputies are under federal investigation by the Department of Justice and FBI for suspected extortion and exploitation of Texas citizens and foreign visitors through frivolous fines, unlawful arrests, and other Civil Rights violations for profit. Know Your Rights; Take Them Down!

The Town of Addison, and its unlawful courts do not have jurisdiction to address the fictitious allegations they assert, disregarding the constitution and common law. Contrarily, the corrupt Town of Addison bases their unlawful actions on their city codes or State statutes. The city clerks would illegally refuse to file your documents by their discretion, especially if you have a pending federal lawsuit or tort action against the city for civil rights violations. If sending something to the court or the DA, use Certified Mail.

This court illegally operates without the DA or the police officer being subpoenaed, most of the time. The crooked judge does not assume you are innocent, but instead practices law from the bench by entering pleas on your behalf, assuming and arguing facts not in evidence of an alleged crime, U.S. constitutional, or State statutory violation. In addition, the crooked judge and DA, in cahoots, always tactically switches the burden of proof on the you, as the alleged violator. They want you to quickly make an UNINFORMED plea, Without DISCOVERY material, or take a plea deal of no contest or guilty with probation and other unnecessary cost to you. NEVER answer their questions or argue with them about the FACTS, but always maintain your Fifth Amendment constitutional right to remain silent while keeping them to their burden of proof Remember to send in a Motion To Dismiss, Informal Requests For Disclosure, and/or Requests For A Privileged Log, if the DA refuses to disclose certain or all material to you.

Remember to always take someone (a lawyer or authority figure if you can), or the member of the media with you, as a WITNESS, to the court or to file your documents with this corrupt court clerk's office. Moreover, hire an independent Court Reporter for transcripts, as this court does not keep an official record of the proceedings, unless you the crooked judge unlawfully forces you to a trial. If they do keep a record of a certain proceeding, they will attempt to withhold it from you. Don’t let these crooks intimidate you for exercising your Rights and/or challenging them on the basis of both subject matter and Jurisdiction from the beginning. Follow up with Formal complaints against them to the State Attorney General’s office, State Bar Association, FBI, Department of Justice, Tort Actions in a state separate court or Civil Rights claim in federal court, and claims against their Insurance.

To the best of my knowledge, I affirm these statements are true.

Court or calling any government office is usually a bad experience. This is just another one of them. Wonder if its because the government doesn't pay enough or unhappy people like working for the government.
