Today went to buy a money order the cashier was in the phone she wouldn't hurry up and she kept cursing and saying f### you.

She does not have the right to curse and say ur not my boss like have some manners that's the least u could do as a costumer service

Customer service is poor, the time I was there at 7:35 pm on the day I was there was 3/2/19, there is this on lady who was working at the register was being very lazy. After I pay for my things she didn't bother to ask for a bag and there was a customer before had to get the bag herself because the lady at the cashier wasn't even trying to put the effort to give the lady plastic bag because she had one hand in her hoody pocket and the other trying to separate the plastic bag and didn't even care to help. If this don't change I will send someone to do some inspection through our the the whole store. And also it's really getting poor. Do something or I will send someone to do it.

Worst 7-11 i have ever been to. The cashoer with the maroon shirt was horrible. I honestly think he is having a bad day. Doesnt give you the right to be rude and mean. I wont be going to ANY 7-11 EVER AGAIN.

Dude is literally in there not doing anything. Refuses to let anybody in. It clearly says this location is open 24 hours

Just wanted a cup of coffee at 04:00, i asked the guy if the coffee is ready to used, and he spilled all of his misery on me. If you say you are open 24 hours, just act like it.

no coffee made in morning as if I can just wait and go work on time. Not hard to make sure there is fresh coffee in morning. second 711 I went on route to fail to provide good service.

Overnight Hispanic guy is funny and always calls me Primo as soon as I walk the door, he’s the reason why I keep coming here. I wish I knew his name to thank him for making me feel welcome all the time.
