23 july 2022 I work for delivery, you don't update the store's products, when I follow the cashiers every day, the insults, mistreatment are stressful, in addition to using very little English, these types of people at the front of the service make you lose a lot time.

This morning on 10/05/22 went to 7 eleven and I noticed the cashier didn’t have gloves on and was getting the pizza with his hands and putting the pizza in the slice box and putting them in the food warmer display then he went to the register and getting the cash money with his hands and went back to touch the pizza I have seen this twice I tried to call the store and let someone know about this situation and no one answers y”all need to be careful if you are getting food from this 7 eleven also the store was not cleaned I will call the health department and report this someone can get sick

The african american lady at counter was rude. Watcha need is the only words spoken when i went in for gas. I felt i was either an inconvenience or she disliked me. Poor customer service.also very small drink selection. Had more alcohol then anything.

I went inside to ask about the car wash to the cashier. The car wash sign said “closed” but, it looked open and people were using it. I wanted to double check there was nothing wrong with it before I put my car in the wash. When I kindly asked her if the car wash was working properly, she was talking on her cell phone and gave me a bothered look & said yeah it’s open. I then continued on tell her that the sign closed is lit up for the public to see before I could tell her that people are using it. She laughed and said, “if the sign says closed then I guess it closed” then she turned her back away from me so she can get back to talking on her cell phone. I used to fill up car here and sometimes get a quick car wash if I have the time. I don’t expect to have the highest customer service at 7 Eleven, but I do expect a somewhat little level of professionalism and being friendlier to your customers won’t hurt. I can say, I will never come back here again.

Its 5.40 and their sign says open at 5am? Its one thing that they close randomly with no notice but its another that they refuse to abide by the dumb sign they put out. The gentleman standing right there definitely can hear all the people waiting outside and asking what is going on but they refuse to answer nor come to the door. Ridiculous and rude.

I tried loading my Cashapp card there 5 months ago and the money hasn't been found.. The owner has been informed that I am due a refund but has failed to fulfill his obligations. They don't about our reviews because we are separate. They don't even have a phone number that works for that store. So robbing they should be a piece of cake if you choose that route.
