Not clean, dirty prepared food and drink areas, long line of customers. Seems to be norm as I have been here more than once.

At 7:30 tonight. With six people standing in line one of the cashiers is standing there eating Cheetos while waiting on customers. Young mid-20s something male with blonde dyed bowl cut hair and glasses. Who thinks this is okay while waiting on customers. Who trains these people meanwhile there's two other cashiers that say nothing. I asked if the GM saw him what would he think and he continued to eat while waiting on customers.... Very disappointed. Hey owner check the security tapes and train your employees better.

I come in racetrack everyday and don’t give NOBODY no problems and it’s a employee that works up there and she’s a African-American with glasses and she works in the morning time and I come in there and get cigars every day and she will ID me every day knowing that I’m over 21 years old she was doing that out of Spite she makes smart remarks under here mouth every time I go in there and now this one time I speak what’s on my mind I’m the one that gets band nobody came to me no mangers NO EMPLOYEE NOBODY ASKED MY Side of the story it’s like they didn’t care and it’s not fair for me to get band when your employee been giving me a hard time 4 weeks in a roll

They need to go ahead and hire robots to work the counter. Would be much more pleasant experience for the customer 😂

Never open past midnight yet claims to be 24hrs. EDIT”**See attached pic Saturday(night Sun morn) 12:45am. Literally 2 different groups showed while I added the pics.**”Today they didn’t have any lunch items made, like pizza or taquitos AND they were only accepting cash. No credit cards. This place is always struggling but this is an ATB. If there were more options for gas stations I’d quit coming all together. For the most part, the staff is rude and inconvenienced by questions. Don’t make the mistake of expecting customer service, for that you would need to go to QT.
