Do it do it do it! John is amazing. On a very stressful day he brought so much joy. He communicates very well over phone and text. Fortunately I would never have to use his services again because I got to marry the love of my life.

Reverend Barker was so easy to work with and helped us feel at ease throughout the whole process. Loved having him as our officiant and highly recommend him to anyone. He was very approachable and accommodated us with even last minute changes. He was able to adjust our non religious ceremony to include some elements that may not be in a typical wedding. We wanted to be able to include both our families in the ceremony and those that we had over a Zoom call as well. My husband and I were worried we were going to fumble our way through but he helped to gently guide us throughout it and our audience loved him as well. He has a very youthful spirit and jolly personality.

Our wedding ceremony was great. We had a nice family and close friends ceremony and John took time to socialize with guests and made everyone feel comfortable. We laughed some cried but all were entertained. John is also very family friendly as my 4 yr old nephew said John was cool .

Reverend Barker was phenomenal! He was super loving, caring and patient! What a wonderful experience to have on our special day! Truly a delight 😊

Reverend John made us laugh through the entire process and ceremony and made our day so special. He was extremely nice and has a great sense of humor. He was just what we needed to make it a perfect day!

This gentleman was polite, intelligent, professional, classy, entertaining, and fun. My new wife and I couldn’t have been happier with his services. We highly recommend him for your wedding— big or small. You won’t be disappointed. We did the weekend “kiss and run” at a park in Addison and loved it. Despite it being tiny (as wife and I wanted) it was a joy. Thank you, Reverand John.

Me and my now husband decided to go ahead and get our marriage license and have a very small and short ceremony with just us two attending. I had been researching John for about 5 days and he was the only one that stood out to me and got my attention he had everything I was looking for. I went ahead and contacted him right after we got our marriage license and had our premarital course done to see if he was able to marry us that same day. To my surprise he said yes! We were able to schedule within the hour, had our kiss and run ceremony within 30 minutes like we were hoping. He made everything go so easy and smooth such a very kind and thoughtful person. I would 100% recommend him to everyone looking for a wedding officiant etc!!

WE LOVE JOHN!!! With the never-ending pandemic, we were pushing our wedding date further and further and decided to just go the quick route instead and do the Kiss and Run package. John was so much fun! Our dog was able to join us and he let us choose where, when and how we wanted the ceremony. He definitely made our day special!!
