Worse experience ever with banks. Employee's form the teller all the way to manager have no experience in customer service, rude , don't care about customer's needs and ALWAYS make it so hard even for something as simple as deposit . I hope some one from this bank headquarter will read this and take some serious actions about it. I closed my account and I WILL NEVER go back

I come here for work, and it's alright. It is usually slow and I'm never greeted right away like I am with my personal bank. I make deposits mostly, and they go pretty smoothly .

The people are cordial but not friendly. Its also near that they are building drive thru atms and have a coin machine.

We have banked at this location for 25 years with 3 different banks. Legacy Teas people have been more than friendly. They have been professional, helpful and even comforting in difficult times. They have gone above and beyond.

I hate the fact whenever I use the drive thru ATM, those two colour ladies are in their worst behaviour ever. Always in bad mood if the bank can't find any good employee then we will take our business somewhere else.

Walked in and was completely ignored until I interrupted two ladies (tellers) having a conversation. I'm sure they were talking about work but they decided that I, as a customer, was less important than their conversation. When I got impatient enough to interrupt them they told me I would have to talk to a banker and they would get one and then continued their conversation instead. The only reason I am not giving this one star is the banker was very polite and helpful. However, in all honesty I should not have had to go in at all, I simply needed to open a checking account and clearly most banks have figured out how to do this online. Further the policy about the security word with no prompt questions is unique to Prosperity in my experience and in all honesty I'm likely to forget the security word without a prompting question. All in all I need a checking account for when I run into large sums of cash and to send my mother money quicker. If there was another free account option I would have taken it. If there was a fee of even $1/mo I would have found another way.

I have been banking here for over 20 years and the employees are always super courteous and efficient. It is really easy to get in and out of and their online banking serves most of my needs really well. The new ATM is super!

I have been a customer since Community Credit Union. Customer service was, for many years, the reason I stuck around. Since the change from Legacy to Prosperity, the customer experience has taken a nose-dive. In an age and a city where one could throw a rock and bounce it off about 6 different banks, I cannot believe the unwillingness of Prosperity to keep a customer. I had an overdraft issue, which happens from time to time. Not only were they hard stuck in that they weren't going to help me out, Prosperity also charges an EXTRA $20 just as a middle-finger (I guess?) for having been overdrafted (for which, of course, they also charge you). This is ridiculous considering that, if you have a relationship with ANY other bank (in my experience), they are very easy to work with and forgive any one-off "oopsies" on the customers' end. They believe in the value of their services enough to not have to take from their customers when they make a mistake. I went from talking to the local bank to the customer service center and neither side seemed willing to help me out (a whole lot of "well unfortunately sir..."). Finally, being the stubborn person that I am, I got them to forgive the overdraft after a couple of hours of back and forth, but not without telling me that they put a note in the system that they would never forgive a fee for me again unless it was a bank error.

Hey Prosperity, I promise you won't ever have to worry about that again.

Prosperity is just a terrible bank. They charge overdraft fees for pending transactions even though the money is in your account. Ridiculous. Please stay away from any product from this bank.
