Currently here right now. The man attending the front desk is rude. Ive been here multiple times and its not the first he's been like this. He seems to be racist to other ethnicities but his own

There's an indoor waiting area with a clean restroom and a soda machine. They have on-site staff to help you that is very pleasant. Sometimes when it is raining they will open the lobby early. The parking is free. It is in walking distance to at least 50 restaurants, bars, nail places etc. Right along side of the property is where Addison holds its many festivals. The neighborhood is very clean and very safe. It is a nice area and a nice transit center.

The Saff is always welcoming and, helpful every time I pass through. This was awesome being that, I am new to Dallas. The AddisonTransit Station itself is, very clean and quite.

The African-American gentleman with gold framed glasses driving the 534 bus leaving Addison transit at 4:40pm on March 8th was talking on his headset cellphone the whole route. I was frustrated and wasn't going to leave this review until he missed my stop due to his talking on phone while driving a public transportation vehicle in rush hour traffic. I am infuriated. Check your bus cameras and get your damn drivers in line! I smell a soon to lawsuit. And the review Elizabeth Cruz left. I'm pretty sure she is talking about the short white man with the mustache. He is such an unprofessional individual.

Was waiting on the 347 to get here at 245 so I could get to my destination, and the driver pulls in and sits on her ass for 15 minutes.... I needed to be somewhere at a certain time and missed my appointment b\c of an unscheduled ass plop...... Truly disappointed in the service..... Driver is very slouchy, rude and smart-mouthed.... I'm disgusted that this is the type of person DART hires for employees..... Much needed training in customer service for her and all the drivers..... It is 3:03 and 9\16\17....

Main bus center for changing bus routes. Have place for seating while you wait for buses that will not come on time. Beware of few bus driver’s who mislead you with bus stops and directions.
