Best OB I've been too. The nurses are very friendly and easy to talk too! And Dr.Lewis is great! The best staff I've ever encountered. Dr. Lewis also cares so much about his patients and their babies. If I could give more stars I would.

Do not use the emergency room. By the time they got me in the bed they had my blood pressure well over 200 and my nose was bleeding badly from both nostrils. I was treated poorly my whole stay the hospital staff whispers behind your back about you not believing there's anything wrong with you. A two night stay in extreme pain I left the same as I came in and had to crawl back into my van when they made me leave . Different traveling doctors with no clue working there. Even the regular doctor there told me I was my own worst enemy. I filed a complaint and it was shrugged off with a bill of thousands after insurance. I went to the emergency room in Sanford Sioux falls after that and was treated totally different with great care and in two days I was able sit up and walk again. Stay away from Sanford Aberdeen emergency and hospital!

Switchboard lady On the phone was very rude and mis leading. I asked to speak with someone whom could answer some questions about my test results. She told me no doctors were in. I told her that I didn’t need a doctor because a nurse had answered my questions before and gave me a recommendation. I politely asked for a nurse and she said “fine you want a nurse?” And forwarded the call and I’ve been on hold for about 45 minutes now. She must have neglected to tell me that no nurses were in to!? And then just puts me on hold! I’ll definitely be making the switch to Avera.

I am always impressed by the staff at Sanford Aberdeen. The minute you walk in, you are greeted with a smile, and the care we’ve received from the medical staff is always great. The facility is modern and clean. I would recommend Sanford to friends and family.

Kid went there for med issue 7/22, we paid the bill after our insurance processed it. But they suddenly just sent us a new "bill" that is different to what was sent to our insurance as a claim and in the previous bill. But no new claim exist for the new amount! They want us to pay the new difference, about $200 more, so now about $450 for a strep test!

What a great experience! From the doctors and nurses to anesthesia, everyone was super caring and kind. Dr. Sutton did a great job on my knee replacement. I am very happy with the results.

It's worth mentioning that Isaac Grabiel, DO is a caring, knowledgeable and down to earth human being. Every single time that he treated me he has been a wonderful care provider. Also, nurse Sheri L. Is a wonderful ER nurse. She obviously cares about the patients and the patients needs. In my opinion they TRULY CARE about the health and well-being of the patients.

Most amazing team in the ER tonight. Big shout out to Dr. Grabiel!!! He is beyond amazing and my toddler absolutely loved him! Everytime I go to sanford i feel so welcomed and cared for, by the whole team!!!! The nurses are amazing! The Intake lady down to the xray tech! So amazing. I have moved from that OTHER HOSPITAL so fast! . Keep up the amazing work sanford team! You are truly appreciated ❤
